My experience with T & N plumbing was horrible from start to fI is! I would not recommend this company. I had to use them because of my home warranty. I needed a valve replaced in my shower. First guy comes out and tells me he's going to need to cut a hole in the wall to get to the valve. Supposively would patch that back up. Tells me he Has to take the quote back to his office and I would hear something by noon the next day. He also told me to leave the water shut off to my house because of the broke valve. He left my house around 5 pm. The next day I did not hear anything. I gave them til 3 pm and called to check the status. Spoke to Sonia and she said she did not have my paperwork. The tech did not give to her Because he left early the day he came to my house for a family emergency. (He was at my house at 5 the day prior. Thought it was very odd that he left early since he told me I was his last stop and he was going to the office but was like whatever. ) So after not hearing back from her I called the next morning at 8 am and spoke to Jade. She had my paperwork and scheduled me for the next day and said we will be there between 12 and 4 and we will call you 30 minutes prior. Next day at 11:30 a.m. I get a call from the tech that he is outside my property. I said oh no one called yet I will run home I'm 10 minutes away. He says oh I can't wait. I'll go to my next call and come back to you. Then I get a call from Sonia that they need to reschedule me to the next week. I said no he's going to come back and you guys didn't call 30 minutes before and you didn't even come at your scheduled window time. She argued with me and told me I was wrong and that the tech had to go to Modesto I said well that's not my problem and this is very unprofessional of them! I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I said well I really wish that you could help me out and just let the tech come out today. I have no water in my home and am having to stay at a hotel. She then tells me I cannot send him back he has a family emergency. (I'm thinking I hope this poor guy does not really have a family emergency because this is her excuse again!) I said you know I think you're lying to me. You use this family emergency excuse loosely. She got real loud and was not allowing me to speak she would interrupt me or talk over me. So I naturally raised my voice. She yelled at me and said stop screaMing! I said I'm not screaming, you are! she goes yeah well you're a fucking bitch!! And hangs up on me! I have NEVER been spoken to that way! I called my home warranty and told them about the issue and told them that I did not want them back out to my house. They luckily sent out a different company the very same day AND that company fixed the issue and did not have to cut a hole in my wall.

Service was not a service. Have 3 washouts and they located 1. Then tried to sell a service that wasn't covered by my insurance on the side. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE PERIOD. I'd rather pay full price for a plumber not on my insurance than these clowns. They aren't plumbers. Just people with trucks that say they are

If can give them zero I would. They were sent to us by Sears warranty. They just went in our property and didn't fix the toilet issue. Worst plumbing contractor, will never recommend to anyone.

Four days after leak was fixed, from what I thought & was somewhat pleased, although the faucet seemed different...it somewhat clicked, I was taking a bath & when I went to turn the water off, it wouldn't shut off; it's just full force flowing. So now I'm on the phone with them to see if someone can come out, & even though I have to shut my water off from the outside do that I won't leave the water running, I was just happily told, with not a care in the world, that there are no availabilities for today...

I'd give a 1/2 star if I could. Repairman came in and at most spent 10 minutes. Sent faulty report to First American Home Warranty which in turn denied claim. Contacted T&N and told would get back to me in 24 hours, NEVER Called Back! Called again to speak with a manager and told managers don't take calls. Called again and told repairman takes pictures as now after using two tools the screw was stripped. Only thing how do you know the before and after pictures are not simply ""after pictures""???? Save your money and find a good plumbing company and deny having your Home Warranty use them. Kalifornia K, Linda, Ashley, Chaulzy, Nique, Vishnu all gave the same 1 star rating. What does that tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your home warranty uses T&N Plumbing and Electrical, let them come out for the initial inspection and estimate then CASH OUT on the repairs and hire your own contractor.

Theses rip-offs wanted an additional $388 to replace a water heater. They could not give a explanation of the additional cost other than to say its for updates and permits. BS, its to line their pockets because updates up to $250 and building permits are covered under the First American Home warranty.

Let these crooks finish their quote and report it to the home warranty company then CASH OUT in lieu of repairs (by T&N Plumbing and Electrical) and hire trustworthy and reliable contractors.

Dharmesh was an outstanding technician. As soon as my home warranty assigned my water heater case to T&N Plumbing & Electric, I checked on Yelp and was admittedly worried at the reviews.

I called to schedule the appointment, and the only negative experience was a phone system that ran me in circles until I could find a live person. They got me scheduled for the afternoon, and Dharmesh showed up on time.

He was very friendly and listened to my description of what we were experiencing. He diagnosed the issue, but did not have the part with him, so he called the shop and offered to go back to get it and return. He was back within thirty minutes, and replaced the part quickly. After seeing there was still an issue, he identified another faulty part and replaced that as well. After that everything is running great.

It's a shame people have had bad experiences, but I had no such problem and will gladly use T&N again. If you need some plumbing work, perhaps just ask for Dharmesh by name.

He introduced himself as Darnesh (not sure the spelling) not Kevin . the technician was great!! He knows what he is doing and he's good at his job! He finished all the plumbing problems in less than an hr! Great technician !!! He is also a good mannered and friendly. He even asked me if he can remove his shoes before going inside the house, and I like that very much. Anyway, I'm very satisfied and happy. Can you just correct his name so he can get the right credit? Thank you in advance!
