Contracted through home warranty. The first guy didn't do anything. Literally didn't look anywhere, solve any problems... just said there was nothing wrong... then the next two scheduled times, they no call, no showed twice. What a scam.

Our warranty company sent out T&N for a claim we had related to poor hot water pressure. It was clear the technician sent, while friendly, did not have much knowledge as we asked questions related to research we had done. He had a broken pressure gauge (he actually told us it was broken) and tried to assert our pressure problems were coming from the street and there are no problems with our 20 year old water heater, so we needed to contact our HOA to get them to fix the pressure. He looked at the water heater (no inspection or tests) and made that assessment. Knowing better, we tested our own pressure from the street and found no problems, and hired another plumber for a second opinion who confirmed (1) no problems with pressure from the street, and (2) definitely time to get the water heater replaced after he ran multiple tests to see.

On time, electrician listened to our concerns and reason for the call, evaluated the entire house, and then educated us on the switches throughout the residence (power off/on) as we were not informed when we purchased the home.

They are really good at taking pictures, driving off, and sending invoices - while not fixing anything. They have done this to me 3x now, through my insurance policy. I honestly cant believe how shady this company is, and how it is still getting customers that are not forced to use it per an insurance contracted ticket...

The worst pluming company. Don't go to them. There technician came to us through our home warranty company. He told us that the filter will have to be replaced and new one will have to order through first American. He gave a completely opposite report to first American and now the plumbing company is saying that we are not even their clients. The lady who answers the phone needs lessons on customer service.
