You are a great guy, and trying so hard to help and resolve the customers electrical problems. Thank you .
Leo was great.
Was hopping that our insurance, was going to send you guys back, to finish, the entire electrical problem, but they sent MK electrical to us,instead.
No idea what was the reason.
We do thank you.

Stop here... If you've been assigned these guys by American Home Shield, call them back and get your case reassigned. I read all the reviews but figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Angel arrived an hour after he said he would, spent 1 minute in the home to tell me he needed better access to the outlet and that he would update the case so that AHS could have them come back out.
24 hours later I spend an hour on the phone with AHS to learn that T&J marked the case as closed and claimed that power had been restored to the outlet. That wasn't even why they were out there!
They're crooks and unfortunately this kind of business is common in the home warranty space. Got reassigned to another vendor that has a worse rating on Yelp than these guys. Fingers crossed.

Can someone please follow up with me? An electrician came on 6/13 and said he needed to order a part and would come back to then install it but I haven't heard back. I've tried texting, calling, and left a voicemail. Can someone please reach out to me and let me know if you are in fact coming back?

Went through home warranty American Home Shield and they sent Angel from T and J Investment.
Service call was for flickering lights and overall power just going in and out. We told him what the problem was and he just wouldn't believe us. He went in with a canned response ""You need to upgrade to 200 amps panel.""
Mind you, we were just moving in, no Washer/Dryer, no Refrigerator, no TVs, etc. Basically the biggest draw of current would be from the AC. Then this guy just tells us we're drawing too much current. So you're telling us that at most we can only have AC on and have everything else in the house off?
We implored him to listen that the light flicker even when everything is off. He then went off about doing 7500 house calls and he knows what he's doing.
So help me do the math. We have a 100amp panel, let's overestimate and say all the lights draw 10amps, so you're telling me that the AC draws more than 90amps, and that's what's causing all these flickering and power outages?
Didn't even want to check if there are any grounding issues!!!
It just doesn't make sense. Even when we have everything off, and just a couple lights on, we see them flickering. Small lamps or even phone chargers connected to an outlet flicker in and out. And after ""troubleshooting"" the reason is we need to upgrade our panel to a higher amperage?
Horrible. Waste of a Home Warranty Service Call

Good luck trying to get them to come , they cancelled on me twice . Please make sure when you set an appointment to honor it , I had to make time to just be cancelled on twice. Now that I have read the reviews I'm like wow I sound like most of these guys . Today I cancelled first American Home Warranty

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! My home warranty company sent them out for an electrical issue in our house on a Saturday afternoon. We told the tech about the issue, a few light switches weren't working, so he started looking at the switches. He didn't look at all of the switches, just focused on the ones in the bathroom. He never found the issue, he didn't look at all the switches and didn't look at the attic fan that wasn't working. He told me he needed to do a follow up on Monday after he looked at my warranty. That day my warranty company canceled the ticket and said it was solved. When I called them they said the issue was a circuit overload (my circuits never blew) and the cause was ""not normal wear and tear"" so it isn't covered, and that there was a melted wired in my attic. Well, he NEVER went into my attic, nor did he examine all the switches. My warranty company said I could call the company for an estimate to trace the wire and do the repair. Sounds a little shady, doesn't it? The guy lied to the warranty company, he didn't check out all the switches and he never went anywhere near the attic. Out of curiosity, I called T & J about the estimate, the guy that answered the phone didn't have an estimate for me, didn't know what was going on, and said they would call me back. I never received that call.

Angel was very professional and knowledgeable. He accessed our ceiling fan problem and took care of it in a timely manner. I'd recommend the company in a heartbeat!

Joseph fixed almost 10 outlets across 3 floors of our home in record time. He was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He turned a repair we were dreading into a really simple task.
The company has a tracker so you know how far away the technician is. It made the ""window"" period really predictable. I can't even think of how they could improve haha.

The absolute worst experience I have had with any business. The other reviews are 100% accurate. I was assigned to this company by my home warranty company.
Long story short-The technician came out and did a ""temporary fix"", which resulted in power to certain things but told me I shouldn't really use my electricity. After I asked multiple times, the technician promised someone would return in the morning the next day. The next day came and the company cancelled my appointment and agreed to return all of my deposit but later refused.
The owner later called. I found out the price I was initially quoted by the technician was grossly incorrect and I was lied to about other things. We were not coming to a resolution and I stated I would dispute the deposit charges through my credit card. The owner then stated that he would send someone to my house to pull out the stuff. He said he would also call the cops on me to gain access and said I was stealing. (The items he says I was ""stealing"" were a couple dollars and a part of the temporary fix. I even asked how much were the items and he continued with an outrageous price). He went on to say he would waste my time and money in smalls claim court because he was going to sue me.
This is only a shortened account of the horrendous interaction I had with this company.
My suggestion, even if you are assigned this company- request a new one.
