These guys were assigned by AHS and was told that I would have a electrician come out on a Sunday between 11am and 2pm. The electrician never showed up, I never got a call informing me that they were not going to show, and my call was never answered! It's amazing how customer service has gone down the drain!

Through my insurance I need to get my ceiling fan checked out. The gentleman came and checked. I needed a replacement. He showed me the fan I could order. He was professional and courteous. They use a tracking system to show you the technician's location. Very handy. When the part arrived, I was notified and set up with next day appointment. Technician arrived and fixed quickly. Very professional. Great service, I highly recommend.

Really bad, lazy. Called for a problem, they simply did not do anything and left. Charged me $75 for showing up. GFI still trips

American Home Sheild, my Home Warranty Company sent T&J investment out to do some electrical repairs yesterday. I was told my lines and my panel were overloaded in that the repair would be to replace the entire panel box for $4700.
While they were here, an entire 15-20 minutes, one of the technicians re-wired a GFI plug that had been blowing.
The next day, the plug blew and would not turn back on, even at the breaker. I called ADV electricians, who came out and found out that all of the GFI plugs in the house had been disconnected and hotwired, and the remaining GFI plug was not wired to code. It was the only operational GFI plug in the house, they wired it using all white wires pigtail going into other lines. Normally you use red black and white to signify hot neutral and ground and they used all white wires.
Not to mention no other bathroom in the house now was on GFI so someone could have been electrocuted in the bathroom.
ADV fixed the problem quickly.
I would not have this company wire a doll house. They are more interested in getting their $75 American home Shield fee and be on their way.

They do not keep their appointments. Had the supervisor set up an appointment and he didn't even kept it. They were sent by our home insurance and still didn't fix our problem. The supervisor said he would show up and he didn't. DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY!!!

UPDATE: They said they would wave the fee for the insurance company and never did. Now it is in collections for us to pay it.

I an electrical issue where power was going off intermittenly back in Nov. 2017. American Home Shield selected T&J Investment. They came and replaced the main panel breaker which AHS does not cover for circuit breakers. Paid the service fee $75 to AHS and $300 to T&J for replacing the breakers, which they warranty for one year. Now Feb. 2018, again the power outages, and again paid AHS $75 for the service charge. Told the tech about the circuit breaker replacement, and asked him to check.. all he did was tap on it and said it was working fine. He was unable to find the issue as the power was on at the time. Did not hear back from them until I complained to AHS that it was not fixed. I had to contacted local power company SCE they said the bus bar had corrosion on where the breaker was replaced. So, I got another electrician, they found and fixed the issue after cleaning the bus bar of corrosion and replacing new breaker again. I don't understand when T&J replaced the breaker back in Nov. 2017, why he did not clean the bus bar as there would have been obvious corrosion, other than they being too lazy or just did not care.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were initially referred to me by my home warranty company and even with that initial appointment they re-scheduled by appointment 3 times. When the technician did finally show up (Angel) he was a very polite and educated young man so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Later I had another need for an electrician that was not covered under my home warranty. I called T&J. That was a huge mistake! Not only did I have to miss 4 hours of work, they never showed up, they lied by saying they came to the house but no one was there, they lied by saying they called my cell # (and if they did they did not leave a voicemail message). They clearly do not care at all about customer service. I asked Dispatch to have the owner call me and he must be so wealthy that he doesn't care if he loses a customer because he never called me, nor did anyone else within the company. I will report this incident to my home warranty home in hopes that they will never use T&J again and I will report them to the BBB. Read all of the other reviews on this company...do not trust them...they will not keep their appointments!!!!

Don't. Just don't. Why? Because they won't. They won't show up when they say. They won't fix the problem. They won't give you satisfactory service. Please note, their one 5 Star review came from a guy who has zero other reviews and is from the same area as the company. I will bet you 10 to 1 he is a bogus reviewer who is part of the company. DO NOT TRUST T & J INVESTMENT.
