If I could give a negative number I would. I had to go through this company through my home warranty American Home Shield. The first time they came out the technician Mike wouldn't listen to my concerns stood with his arms folded and goes outside checks my breaker box and then insults me and say you have power so it's not electrical but my appliance and that the appliance company just wanted to get out of work. Appliance company comes back removes outlet to show me burned wires and wall in which I took video and photos to send to AHS. Warranty company did a recall for T&J to come back out to fix issue. I waited for technician Juan the whole day he didn't show up or call. I called AHS back to request new company and they contacted T&J who said they were contacting me to send someone new out the following week. Well today was the day for the new technician Jose to come out from 2-6 again waited the whole day no phone call and you guessed no technician. I called T&J to get update and I get answering services that tells me that they are closed until Monday after the holidays. So they celebrate holidays and my family can't due to the fact we have no oven because the outlet to oven and breaker is charred. And the 1st technician wouldn't check the issue the first time they came to our home 3 months ago. Thank God our house didn't burn due to negligence of first technician who stood in the kitchen with his arms folded.

0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. First both the numbers available (877)204-6567 and the apparent cell phone number 909-360-1059 that this company have are useless as the 800 number goes straight to voicemail mail every time and although advised to call or text the 909 number there is never a response via text and via phone call it is rare. There is no follow up or follow thru from the representative once you are able to speak with someone. It has been 2 days and I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Highly suggest DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They also switched my appointment for today Saturday, gave me a window of 830am to 1230 and no appointment reminder received nor did a technician ever show up and no use in calling them because number will ring and ring and say no voice mail is set up.


HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! and First American Home Warranty is just as bad as they are whom selected this company.

This business is a scam they were recommended by my home warranty. They told me I needed an entire panel. I gave them a deposit and they never return to replace my electrical panel. I later learned all I needed was a breaker. Do not use this company please save yourself.

I was referred to this company by American Home Shield. It took me a while to reach them to schedule an appointment, but once I reached them they worked around my schedule. The technician, Mike, was professional and polite. He found an overloaded breaker and was able to replace it and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Was assigned T&J Investment through a claim from my warranty provider and the company was non-responsive to multiple requests to schedule service. T&J should be removed as a provider from any insurance and warranty companies they're currently contracted with so more people don't waste valuable days waiting to hear back from a company that doesn't seem to operate anymore.

Ahs assigned me to have tnj come out. I can't even get in contact with them let alone schedule them to come out and look at the problem. After waiting on hold for over an hour a couple days in a row the number today doesn't even work. What the heck!

I was referred to this company thru my home warranty, honestly if I could give 0 star I would, they were suppose to send someone out Monday. that person was a no show, than someone was suppose to come out Wednesday got a text saying they can't come till Thursday, Thursday morning got a call that they don't have anyone to come out and they can send someone on Friday. this place is beyond unprofessional. Waste of time dealing with them.

I was having a water heater problem and got assigned T&J through First American Home Warranty. I previously had two plumbers come and check out my water heater and both pointed to the breakers, saying the breaker was the issue.

When T&J got assigned to replace the breakers, I immediately called them and informed them of the issue. They said they understood and would bring an extra 40 amp breaker. When the technician came, he examined the breakers and the water heater and said that it was not a breaker issue and it was a water heater issue. The technician said it couldn't be a breaker issue because the water heater was using 23 amps and my breaker was a 40 amp breaker. I questioned this immediately and he said he would prove to me it was not a breaker issue.

The T&J technician then proceeded to take my breaker out but said the breaker appears to be over heating. He called his boss because he didn't know what was wrong and his boss said to replace the breaker and charge me $300 since it was not covered under my warranty. I immediately asked to speak to his boss over the phone but he refused and called his boss again separately and said they can replace the breaker for $250. I told them I'll call my warranty to see what is covered and what is not.

After speaking with my warranty company, they told me that replacing the breaker is fully covered. Now I've been trying to contact T&J to fix the issue and they have been refusing to pick up the phone.

After reading other reviews and having my own experience with them, I am convinced this company has unqualified technicians and is running a insurance scam. They will try to scam money out of you by lying to you and saying your warranty does not cover whatever they are fixing so you'll need to pay them directly if you want their help.

Please do not use this company if you have an option. If you must use this company, have your insurance on the line while they are with you so they can't scam you. It will save you a lot of time and headache.

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars. One star is too much!This company is a joke. Totally disorganized and irresponsible. They have no respect for people's time. They have scheduled and canceled appointment 4x, they don't even have the decency of cancelling the appointment prior their no-shows. If you ever cross this company with a home warranty, ask for another one!! It will save you a big headache.

T&J was assigned to my claim by my home warranty American Homecshield, T&J is unorganized, sent two guys, one could not fix the problem and said a second person will have to come and do diagnostics, the second person found the first tech had wired the bathroom outlet wrong and fixed the bathroom power but could not resolve the yard outlet loss of power , left the outlet exposed in parts and said another person will come and finish. The problem is not resolved and now the contractor wants $1200 to come back and fix the problem. This is the worse experience I have had with an electrician.
