If I could write no stars I would. A total waste of time. They were sent by First American Home Warranty. If First American Home Warranty wants to send you this company, do what you can to get a different company.
A total waste of time, and I'd place it in the scam category. Once the dude came out, he said he had to ""get approval"" to do any work. I've never heard back, until Mark called again and he must have bad record keeping because he called back and said that he was sent from First American Home as if it was his first contact with me. I reminded him that he said he was going to get back with me a month prior, and he said he'd call back...still nothing.
Scam scam scam...First American Home Warranty, shame on you!!! Listen to your customers. I tried to appeal the $75 scam charge, but First American keeps sending me the $75 charge for this.
If you're thinking of this company, dont do it!

A tech was sent out by 2-10 Home Warranty. (It took 3 weeks for them to contact me) Joaquin, who came to the call, told me my led downlights that were out were not covered. He said he called to check and the warranty didn't cover led lights. I told him I had supreme coverage and a copy with me and it should be. He said he confirmed it was not, but... he could fix for me on his own and I could just pay him. I already had to pay 75.00 for service fee per warranty agreement. He wanted me to pay 60 more plus 40$ for lights. I said no and he finally talked me into just paying 40 for lights, saying he would put them in for free, and this always happened with home warranties not covering things. I called 2-10 the following week to find out why they didn't cover the service. They said they did and he never called and should have had copy of warranty. When I called T&J to complain, Teddy said that I should just call 2-10 and it wasn't their problem it wasn't covered (IT WAS!) and was totally rude. They obviously do this all the time, this is how they operate, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! OH, and Joaquin said the lights he put in were so much better quality than the ones he replaced, and of course, they were the exact same lights. I don't know how home warranty places keep using them... terrible!! These business practices will catch up them eventually. Had I paid Joaquin the 100$, I doubt he was going to share that cash with T & J. He also gave me his personal # to use him on the side. Smh...

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Mike came out to fix my lighting issues and completed half of the work. I was told they would be getting back to me to finish the job and never received a call or heard from them since. I've left several messages and was even told a supervisor would return my call and still nothing. They are avoiding all of my calls and American Home Shield is now in the process of canceling their contract with them due to several other complaints. Do NOT do business with this company!!

Worst company! They need to be put out off business, 4 failed visits, lazy, lack of communication and customer service is horrible. If you going through AHS tell them you would like a different contractor or if your hiring them directly plz save your money and look elsewhere.

They were contracted by First American Warranty to come fix an issue, and they were awful. We had a scheduled time when they were to arrive, and it was a mess. They said a technician arrived before the set window (a lie because we were at home the entire time and didn't receive a call), then we were told he'd arrive during the window (another lie), then by the fourth call we were told that a tech was definitely on his way (lie). Wasted an entire day. Called to ask to speak with someone and I was transferred to a voicemail. I hope First American and other home warranty companies stop contracting T&J.

STILL WAITING It has been almost a month since the request went in to this company for a porch light repair. They were picked by American Home Shields(AHS). The tech came to my home on November 6th, 2020 at 10:44 AM, he came in looked inside the faceplate of the light switch stating he was looking at the voltage, then stated he needed to go back to the office to speak with his manager then left. He NEVER looked at the light fixture nor did he have the tools to work on it not even a ladder.
Twice I've gotten online and called AMS checking to see what the issue is, this company T&J Investment INC has not given American Home Shields their diagnosis and now won't answer their calls.
In 5 days it will be a month that I've been trying to get my porch light fixed. It sucks as it is dark out and the front porch is really dark.... What a shame to pay for something with zero repair... yes you have to pay $75.00 for them to come to assess/repair etc.

They were sent by First American Home Warranty,
Terrible customer service. Issues hasn't been resolve after a month. They don't even answer the phone.
How First American Home Warranty can have contracts like this.

So far not impressed, I have rental properties and two of them had electrical issues within a week of each other. 210 Home Warranty gave the job to T & J, first job the guy showed up and told the tenant he would give the info to the insurance company in 24 hours. We are now almost 7 days after the initial appoinment and insurance hasn't heard from them.
My other rental has them assigned and they haven't heard from them although they are supposed to contact us in 48 hours.
I hope they prove me wrong and I will change my review but these guys seem shady and don't like to follow up on their promises.
It also tells me that 210 is not a HW company I should use when I see these horrible yelp reviews for one of their contractors.

T & J investment was assigned to me by American home shield. An appointment was set up for Tuesday morning between 8 and 11 AM. At about 1130 I decided to call them. It appeared the technician forgot my appointment. So another appointment was made for the same day between 3 and 6 PM. The technician shows up at 1o'clock. They were at my house because the electricity went out in one bedroom after they did their analysis they determined that the entire room needed to be rewired. We determined that there was an electrical overload I found that hard to believe since there were only two items plugged in a laptop and a small lamp. The cost to rewire the room was $600 which was not covered by American home shield. I asked for a second opinion after that never transpired I went and got electricians on my own. I went and hired an electrician the problem turned out to be two faulty outlets.

T & J Investment was sent by my homeowner's insurance (AHS: American Home Shield) and they completely missed the first appointment - without a call or text message. I had to message them that they had missed the appointment. They rescheduled. A technician arrived and diagnosed the problem with my whirlpool tub jets as being the switch/timer on the wall. They said they would contact AHS for me to see if it was approved to be fixed. I didn't hear back. I contacted AHS and was told it wasn't covered but that T&J said they would do it for $145 out-of-pocket to me. However, T & J never contacted me. I have called (no answer) and sent multiple text messages to no avail. It's now been a month since that first scheduled appointment. Do not use this company!
