I initially contacted SuengLee electric for a quote on a light fixture, but we ended up having the team come out when half our house lost power. They were able to come the following morning after an after hour chat. I was anticipating some major electrical work but after a very short diagnostic, they let me know the problem was at the utility company level. Because the diagnostic was short, they gave me a discounted price! The team is both knowledgeable and honest. I know I'll be contacting them again for my future electrical needs.

I have used Mr. Lee in the past and he does quality work and is honest. When I wanted to upgrade my panel, he advised that I really didn't need to - the current one is fine. Also, he upgraded an interior outlet at no extra charge when he was installing one of my new exterior outlets. I would recommend.

I called SuengLee Electric in the morning for a light switch that was not responding... they were very quick to reply to my inquiry. Said the soonest they could be out was in the afternoon... but they called just an hour or so after my inquiry reply and said they were done w/ their job sooner than expected and met me at my house within 15 mins... their rates were affordable, didn't charge extra for coming out right away and didn't charge me any extra for the light switch replacement. Was in and out within 15-20minutes and the job was more than efficient and well done... I will be calling them in the very near future to set up another appointment to check out some faulty outlets when I have more time in the day. Very much appreciated! Great service, efficient and very pleasant to work with! Glad to have a trusty electrician I can call when needed:)

We needed both bathroom fans replaced and Mr. Lee did a fantastic job. I don't know if his interpreter/assistant Peter is related, but they both did great work. It was a pleasure having professionals in our house who knew what they were doing. Peter listened objectively and translated everything I said to Mr. Lee perfectly and when they were done, the clean-up was so good you couldn't even tell anyone had been there all day doing work.
