Friendly and professional, Sueng Lee was not the most budget conscious choice, but he was definitely the right one for our project. I had multiple electrical installs ranging from non-compliant exterior flood lights, replacement of GFCI outlets, to adding new indoor electrical outlets, to updating old fixtures in our home. I received 4 different quotes from 4 different companies, Sueng Lee was not the most expensive, nor was he the cheapest. His estimate was in the high middle and I ultimately chose him because he is licensed (look up his contractor license, it is valid, also bonded and insured), he arrived on time, and I received an email quote that very evening. You definitely do not want to mess with unlicensed contractors, especially when it comes to upgrading electrical work for your home. I have heard of many crazy horror stories where unlicensed electricians replaced old fixtures for dirt cheap, ended up short-circuiting other outlets, and was nowhere to be found after receiving payment. If you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur. Do yourself a favor and budget accordingly for high-quality, licensed service professionals.

Sueng Lee and his partner Teddy (also his translator) arrived on time, followed Covid safety precautions, wore masks the entire visit (both indoors and out), and bonus points for respectfully removing their shoes upon arriving in my Asian household. I appreciate their friendly and professional nature and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family in the future.

Huge props to Sueng and his business partner/ translator. The basics were all covered - they gave us a quote, set an appointment, showed up on time, both wore masks, and got the work done.

Originally they thought the work would take 1.5 days (installing an EV charger in the garage and installing 2 new outlets in two bathrooms), but they got it done in just under 6 hours. 

Installing the new outlets involved cutting a section of wall off in 2 of our bedrooms. They were careful to lay down a carpet protector, assured us they would patch the wall back up (which they did), and had everything cleaned up at the end. There were a few pencil marks left on the wall, but nothing that we can't clean up ourselves. We also got to work out a price that was reasonable to both parties.

Although they were unable to fix what I called them for, they were honest, direct, and thorough. They arrived on time, wore masks and covered their shoes. I was on a search for a professional electrician to install a charging unit for my Tesla. I reached out to multiple companies, and SuengLEE responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. A few days after they came and installed the unit. They did an extremely great work, my panel was a bit tricky because it was nearly full, but Sueng was able to configure a solution that does not require a panel upgrade. They finished quickly and cleanly. I would definitely recommend Sueng for any electron jobs.
