I got myself a new 65"" set from Costco and realized that we were going to have to join the present century and get it wall mounted. I found Straight Line on Google. There was a technician available first thing, the next morning. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and seemed to really know his business. He was also a bit cheaper than some other outfits that I called. I had a great experience with this business and can think of nothing more I could ask from this service. Would definitely call again.

I bought a new 70 inch smart TV and had a 65 inch already on my wall. Just need to switch the old one and put the new one up. I talk to Jared about what I wanted and he came over to take a look. He told me he can do it and I would also assist him helping him install the TV. When my TV arrived he came over that following weekend to do the install. Super friendly and professional was my first impression. We were done in about a hour. He even ran my wires for my HDMI cables through my wall to make it look nice. Gave me a solid price and was satisfied with his work. He even said he would come back and install a bracket for my PS5 on the wall. I was refereed to this company during a casual conversation when I mentioned I need some electrical work done. I reached out to the owner and received an immediate response he was very professional, patient and polite. He asked questions and explained what could be happening to cause us not to have electricity in one part of our kitchen and laundry room. I made the appointment for following Monday I was quoted a time frame between 11-12 and also the cost so there were no surprises. He confirmed the previous day of our appointment time and arrived promptly at 11:30 am. I asked for him to notify me upon arrival so I can secure my dog and he followed that request. Once he arrived he was polite and explained what he needed to do to complete the job and also supplied the parts and completed the job in an 1 1/2 hours once done he checked to make sure all the outlets worked and even checked ones I was not looking to have repaired. Excellent service I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done. May I add I live in Sacramento and he drove from Hercules to take care of my home. Thank you again Jerrod we appreciate you!
