Literally couldn't be happier with this company. I requested a quote to come look at my situation. Others quoted $200-$350, just to look . However Jerrick's first reply was a suggestion as to what the problem might be, he even offered to come the next day, free of charge. He gave me a heads up before showing up, and although it ended up being a stupidly simple fix, it put my mind at ease. He even explained and showed me what to do in the future. It's hard to find genuine people who want to help, and now he's gained a new client and possibly more, because I posted him on my social media, because I trust him and his work. Electrical work terrifies me, but he didn't make me feel stupid for the simple solution. I will be contacting him for all my electrical work from this point on!

I got myself a new 65"" set from Costco and realized that we were going to have to join the present century and get it wall mounted. I found Straight Line on Google. There was a technician available first thing, the next morning. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and seemed to really know his business. He was also a bit cheaper than some other outfits that I called. I had a great experience with this business and can think of nothing more I could ask from this service. Would definitely call again.
