Answered initial Yelp project query in a very timely manner. Clear communication over Yelp and text message. Set appointment Friday 3pm at a time of their choosing. They never showed. Made four requests to explain no show and reschedule in the last week over Yelp, telephone and text messages -- all unreturned. Perhaps took another project or went out of business? Very confusing. As of this posting I am still waiting for any response. Job request is still open and nobody ever came, so I will complete the review on work quality and completion when they actually show up.

We have an old house and we needed a panel upgrade. I had several electricians come out and give me estimates, Stevens was very reasonable he answered all our questions and was available in the months prior to the installation to answer any additional questions. The day of the installation was quite nerve-wracking you never know with old houses. However Steven showed up on time with everything he needed and got it done he was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. If I ever need any work done in the future I will not hesitate to give him a call.

After searching for electricians through yelp, I called Steven Gratigny Electric. Several outlets were out and resetting my breakers didn't seem to fix my issue. Steven replied within the hour and came by my home after work the next day. He looked into it and quickly solved my issue on the spot. He was very kind, patient, and explained his process to me. He also gave me estimates and suggestions on various little electrical projects we are considering (upgrading fixtures, installing recessed lighting, upgrading electrical panel, etc.). He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I'll definitely call Steven again for all my electrical fixes and upgrades!
