We had a fantastic experience with Steven Gratigny Electric. Steven reached out to me shortly after I requested a quote for adding a new outlet to our bathroom. His communications were prompt and professional and he came by the following day to give an estimate. The estimate was fair and Steven had time to do the job right then! The job was complete, and done well, within less than 36 hours after I submitted the quote request.

Steven was a referral from a nearby neighbor and he did a wonderful job for me. We needed to reroute some conduit after I had my roof replaced and we also needed to delete the original 1932 electrical panel and reroute the wiring. All of this was done professionally and efficiently. I have done a fair amount of electrical work myself and I have worked with many other electricians. Steven is one of the best. He is very fair and honest, and you get good value for your investment. His work is of very high quality. He comes highly recommended!

I had a very similar experience with another reviewer, it seems. I initially called and left a voice message, indicating I had some electrical work to be done and was seeking an estimate. A week later I got a text indicating that we could set up a time to have a look and get an estimate. Steven came, we talked about the job (a few days of straightforward work), and he said he'd get me an estimate in a day or two. He was interested in the job, and I found him to be very competent and pleasant. I anticipated I'd hire him and things would go well. Then...nothing. I never got an estimate and he did not return messages that I sent a week (phone) and 10 days (text) later. In the end, this was just a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

Answered initial Yelp project query in a very timely manner. Clear communication over Yelp and text message. Set appointment Friday 3pm at a time of their choosing. They never showed. Made four requests to explain no show and reschedule in the last week over Yelp, telephone and text messages -- all unreturned. Perhaps took another project or went out of business? Very confusing. As of this posting I am still waiting for any response. Job request is still open and nobody ever came, so I will complete the review on work quality and completion when they actually show up.

Steven was super quick to replace our corroded light fixture in the restroom and get us back up and running. Couldn't have been more convenient and his pricing was fantastic. Will be using him again in the future!

We have an old house and we needed a panel upgrade. I had several electricians come out and give me estimates, Stevens was very reasonable he answered all our questions and was available in the months prior to the installation to answer any additional questions. The day of the installation was quite nerve-wracking you never know with old houses. However Steven showed up on time with everything he needed and got it done he was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. If I ever need any work done in the future I will not hesitate to give him a call.
