This is a long overdue review for Steve's service to install a level 2 Tesla charger at our residence in Dec 2018. Steve was very professional, arrived on time and provide timely estimate which was significantly lower than the estimates from 2 other companies listed on Tesla site. The estimate was very accurate. The installation was scheduled and completed as expected. We are very satisfied with the installation performed which took about 2 hours to complete. Steve and his crew was very professional and clean up the job site when finished.

Inconsistent with the level of customer service and overall experience. The first two jobs I hired them on, they performed great work and were a pleasure to deal with. This last job truly showed they are about the bottom line and not about customer service. I have already let them know I will be looking elsewhere. Had they continued the level of professionalism from the first two jobs, there would not be an issue. My advice is to look elsewhere and maybe the lack of jobs will remind Steve what is truly important in business.
