Highly recommend! The whole experience was easy and efficient. We needed to have 3 ceiling fans installed where no electrical power had previously been so we needed someone to pull the electric through the attic for the installation- of course. Jenise contacted me soon after I asked for a quote and we received an estimate online just by going back and forth answering questions about the project and the area to be installed. The estimate was actually very accurate! Jenise was friendly and her customer service skills were surprising. We just don't get that kind of good customer service anymore. We received another quote from another company (I don't want to say their name) but it was $500 more than what we were quoted with Steele. To be fair the other company was making this much more complicated and saying it required much more time and work- they didn't give us the simple option that Steele gave us. Terry arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He told us our options (Thankfully! Because we know nothing about this type of install!) and completed the job very quickly, efficiently, and without any mess. We purchased a fan to replace another older fan and we planned on doing that ourselves but after watching Terry work, my husband asked if he would have time to also put that fan up as well. He said it would be no problem and quickly had it done. He cleaned up, we paid by card on an app through his phone, we shook hands, and he was off! Our new installations look great!

EXCELLENT!!! Terry installed 3 large chandliers,  bedroom ceiling fan, new spot light in family room nook and fixed our wonky 4 way light  switch. He was on time, courteous and professional and would clean area when job was complete. He really listened when I stated how I wanted the chandliers positioned and would confirm with me before moving forward to the next project. I scheduled an appointment for him to return to install 5 new recessed lights in my kitchen, he gave me a professional recommendation on light placement. I love it! Oh forgot to mentioned he was affordable!

I had an issue with all the outlets in my bedrooms not working. I had emailed 5 different companies and Steele Electric got back to me right away. Terry did an awesome job for us! He was on time and professional. He was able to quickly complete our original problem, and did a great job with it. I asked him for a quote to do another job and he offered to do it right then. It was a challenge that my husband and I weren't sure how to handle, but he did it well and quickly. I contacted Terry's business because I was having a new wall oven installed. However, to my dismay the wires behind the old wall oven were seriously burnt and not safe to install the new oven. The installers left the new oven with me and have me instructions to have an electrician fix the wiring. I called Steele Electric and got Terry's wife while he was on a job. She was very helpful and had me send her a picture of my wall oven's burnt wires. Within minutes, she texted me further questions that Terry had asked. He gave me two possibilities for fixing the wires. One would have cost hundreds of dollars. I told them I had scheduled another electrician also and I would get back to them. The other electrical company's tech showed up this morning. Right off, I had my reservations about his proficiency. He could not figure out the amps of the new oven and if I might need a new circuit breaker also. I was looking on line for the manufacturer's specifications to see if I could find this info. This tech immediately suggested the most expensive solution. I paid him the $99.00 call and told him to send me a quote. Immediately, I called Terry and he fit me in today so that he could come out and look over the wiring. He determined he could fix the wiring as there was plenty of extra inside the wall. He had it all fixed in 15 minutes. He even looked over the oven and found the sticker with the rating which led to the amps listed in the manufacturer's booklet My current breaker met the needs of the new oven. My wiring was fixed for less than $150. I received the estimate from the other electrical company for $1,100 this evening. Wow, what a difference an experienced electrician can make! I highly recommend Terry Steele and his work ethic. I will use him for all my future electrical needs. He saved me hundreds of dollars.

I called Steele Electric a couple of weeks ago to ask them about an install for pendant lights above my kitchen sink area. Jenise, Terry's wife is excellent with correspondence and handling the customer relations/coordination/scheduling side of the business. She was quick to respond and also answered some questions I had via email before Terry came out to the house.

Jenise gave me a courtesy call about an hour before Terry's arrival so I can get situated with the supplies (I provided the light fixture and accessories). Terry arrived on time and got to work quickly. I probably threw him for a loop by asking him to make the lights dimmable (I provided the switch) but he was able to adapt even when I also asked him to change an outlet to a USB compatible one.

The entire project was conversion of 1 can light to a pendant light and a total installation of another pendant light, changing 2 toggle switches to rocker switches, and changing a traditional outlet to a usb compatible outlet.

The cost was worth it, especially considering how nice everything turned out! Terry was quick, efficient, polite, and professional. I'm definitely calling him for future electrical installations.

Terry Steele did some electrical work for me about 4 years ago. I was very pleased with his work and happily added his name to my ""Go-To Guy"" list for household electrical repairs and modifications. So, when I decided to add a 2nd carriage light to my garage and a pendant light for my front porch, Mr. Steele was my first call. And he didn't disappoint. In fact, he came through BIG TIME, conquering a difficult--make that near impossible--pendant installation that any other electrician would've just said, no can do. His work is clean, precise, of A-one quality, and reasonably priced. He should be your go-to guy, too.
