Excellent service and work. Like many others, I found this company through my home protection insurance company. This review is overdue of a couple of months. Doug and Jordan came over to fix a fan that was no longer responding to either the remote control or the direct on/off switch, and fix an outlet that did no longer work. I called my home protection insurance company on a Friday afternoon. I did not expect to get a call from anyone before the following Monday; Doug called within an hour and told me that they could come over right away if it worked for me. They were at my house shortly after. They both worked on the issues and did not leave until everything worked perfectly well. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I only have praises for both Doug and Jordan. As another reviewer said, it is hard to find trustworthy electricians, and Stanford Electric is a great choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and to my very best friends.

We needed to have several fans fixed and some electrical work looked at. Doug and Jordan came out after we contacted First American Home Warranty. Doug contacted me within 24 hours and we scheduled an appointment with ease. They were professional, very experienced, and thorough. He is honest about what he can and cannot fix, and was able to refer us to the correct contractors for problems that were not electrical in nature. It is hard to find a trustworthy electrician, but Stanford Electric is a great choice.

Like other Yelpers, I also requested an electrician through American Home Shield warranty and am very satisfied with the professional service we've received from Sanford Electric. My request was sent out late in the afternoon, I got a call from Sanford Electric about 9pm that same evening, asking if they could come out to my house the next day since they already have a job in the neighborhood. I wasn't sure if anyone would be home the next day so I told them to call me when they're done with the other job. As they promised, they called around 4pm. Unfortunately no one was home so I said let's try to schedule it for another day. About 5:40 they called again, telling me they were able to come around back to my town, and if someone is home, they could make it there in about 20 minutes. And they did. The light issues that had been bothering me for 2 weeks because my genius PhD husband couldn't figure it out were resolved in a snap! Needless to say I'll refer Sanford Electric to my friends and neighbors if they need an electrician.

Doug came out when we had a couple issues with our electrical outlets. He repaired everything and replaced a breaker. He called the same day as our claim (which was made after working hours) and was out the next day. He was courteous and professional and solved all our problems. Highly recommend!

My Home Warranty company told me to use Stanford Electric for two problems in my house. They responded immediately and came to the house the same day. Doug pinpointed the problems quickly and resolved everything in one visit! I was impressed with how logical and thoroughly he resolved the problems. I'd use him again in a heart-beat!

Doug called after I requested an AHS warranty service call. Some of our outlets stopped working after the rain. I had checked all the obvious things before requesting service, but he talked me through other things over the phone at 9pm on a Sunday night and helped me fix the problem without a visit. Can't say enough about my amazing experiences with Stanford Electric. Doug has been out the my house twice to repair a number of things. Very competent and professional. He gets the job done!! You will always get a call back from these folks - they are on top of it!! I dealt with other companies that don't even have the common courtesy to call you back. You won't have that issue with Stanford. Keep up the good work!!
