SRP are the best electricians in San Diego! Called many electricians that kept giving me the run around. This was an extremely stressful and sensitive situation that needed immediate attention. The lights and wifi were going out in the house while the kids were home alone with babysitter and in their distant learning. SRP answered immediately and made me feel at ease as they listened to my urgent concerns. They were extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue over the phone! They came out the same day and sure enough, it was exactly the issue they stated. The main breaker and panel were completely burnt out. Technician was very nice, professional and made it simple for me to understand what my options were to fix it. I see why they specialize in older homes as they are more complex to work with... they were able to rebuild my current box with direct modern parts while other electricians wanted to replace the whole box. I highly recommend SRP Electric. Transparent and professional. Thank you SRP and crew!!!

I normally wouldn't jump on to write a review immediately after the service call but I felt compelled to do so today. We had to get an electrician out to check out our garage power that was out for a couple of days. Everything from the response time to customer service has been outstanding. Steve came by the house and in reviewing with me a couple of electrical issues we wanted to quote, he was a very informative and made recommendations that were keeping our best interest in mind rather than pitching me on a big project that wasn't necessary.

Total ripoffs - DO NOT USE !! They wanted to replace my entire circuit breaker panel for $1500.00. One breaker needed replacement only.
They also couldn't even diagnose a failed GFI.

Excellent service with a dedication to transparency. I lost power to a large portion of my house due to a circuit breaker malfunction. I called SRP based on other reviews I had read. They did not disappoint! They were very thorough during the initial phone call regarding the possible problems and how the problems might be addressed. I knew what to expect even before they arrived. And they arrived quickly. Within a couple of hours my problem was dealt with and repaired properly. Great service!
