So many amazing things to say about Rudy at SRP Electric. He is so knowledgeable, so competent, and easy to communicate with. We had infinite issues with SDGE but Rudy was always a step ahead of them. Every question or issue SDGE had, Rudy was already prepared with the solution/or answer. Our job was complicated. I can't imagine going through this process with a different electrical company. I am so impressed by Rudy, his knowledge, his patience, and his work. We cannot recommend him enough! SRP serviced our home doing several jobs, such as replacing nonworking outdated outlets and smoke alarms. We also have a large shed which needed the electricity turned off. I called Steve to set up an appointment. He was sensitive to our needs and offered an appointment for the next day. Grant came to our home the next day to evaluate the work and give us an estimate. The total amount for the work needed was great. Grant was very courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. Two days later Grant, Jose and Danny came to our home and completed all the work in a very timely manner. They were punctual, competent and friendly. All work was completed, and in addition, the breaker for the shed was also disabled. We have had some trouble finding a reliable electric company in the past. We are pleased to recommend SRP and plan to use them in the future.

Our electrical box from the 1980s burnt out and was emitting a burning smell, SRP came out within hours to assess the situation. They were extremely professional and walked us through all of the issues with the system & proposed a few options for us to fix things. The technician was able to make some temporary fixes to make our home safe until the entire job could be completed a few days later. The team came back out and completed an entire swap out of our electrical box. They were very professional to work with and were very upfront about pricing! I will definitely be using SRP for any future electrical work on my home.

We had a power outage in our kitchen about 10 this morning that required an electrician. The first company I called (in Chula Vista where we live) couldn't come until tomorrow. I then called SRP Electric and my call was answered immediately by Steve. Initially he said that it might take them until as late as 4:00pm to get to us. However, when I explained that one of the appliances affected was our refrigerator, he was very understanding. He said he'd see if he could get someone to come out sooner. He said he'd get right back to me and he did. Edward arrived just after noon. He diagnosed the problem in record time and we were back in business. The price we were charged was more than fair and we were happy to pay for the excellent service. Steve was super nice, Edward was super nice and we will not hesitate to call them again if we ever have another issue. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Wow, these guys are top-notch! We had been dealing with some electrical issues in our house for while, a bunch of our outlets were not working, and when I contacted SRP they came in the following day very professional and courteous and most importantly they were able to isolate the problem, which was a tripped breaker that we had missed, in a matter of just a few minutes! Had an issue with my AC breaker getting tripped, called SRP and they send an electrician the same day. Edward Pena (electrician) quickly identified the issue, very professional and knowledgeable and got my electrical panel fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommended company!
