Half the lights and outlets of my condo were going in and out so I called SRP electric for some help. They were able to squeeze an appointment in for me and came the very next day (Saturday morning).

They did a quick breaker change and didn't charge my tenant upon finishing the job. I contacted them directly to follow up and inquire payment process since I am out of town.

Haven't paid them yet since I'm waiting for the invoice (job was done over the weekend). But they put their trust on their customers and it says a lot about their company!

They take Venmo/PayPal/credit card, etc.

The box on the new dimmer switch compatible with LED bulbs said ""15 minute install"". Information online showed what standard color coding for wiring should be. This 50 year old place turns out to have wiring that's standard for a previous generation.

Steven had me send a photo. From the photo he was able to provide simple, clear directions for resolution. He diagnosed that I'd fried the new light switch in the first attempt, and took a moment to explain the old wiring system. What the retail package should have said was, ""15 minute install with Steven's help.""

I had a problem with some outdoor GFI outlets not working and thought I had two that needed to be replaced. I did some troubleshooting myself before I called but because the circuits had been added to the original home some years ago I wanted an experienced electrician to do the work.
Steve the Owner was responsive and helpful on the phone and promptly scheduled the work. He sent an electrician, Anthony, who arrived on time and went into detective mode. He asked me questions about the circuits, my outdoor grill, outdoor light switches and other things I didn't think about. He resolved my issues without replacing the outlet

Rudy did an excellent job talking me through the process of resetting a circuit breaker. Yes I know it's simple, but unfortunately I did not turn it all the way off. SRP saved me a service call and potential parts. Thank You!

Had a powet outage at night. They guided us to get by the night. Sure enough the next day found the issue as we thought and repaired the main meter and breaker in no time. Please stop your search and use SRP

It's not an exaggeration when they say they are older wiring/fuse box specialists. It was impressive how they were able to rewire most of the property with just a couple small holes. At our duplex in Mission Beach (built in 1939), we had SRP do an initial inspection (cost later applied to work done) and scope out the work needed to bring the entire property up to current standards. We called the office and were connected to Rudy who was our point of contact throughout the process. Rudy did a great job communicating and we never had a doubt he was on top of things. After the initial inspection we quickly received a written estimate that included rewiring the entire property, panel upgrades, City permitting and inspections and coordination with SDG&E. Rudy did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and we actually started the project earlier than originally planned. It was no small task to deal with the City/SDG&E bureaucracy and, even though it took a long time, we were kept informed all along the way. We really appreciated that they kept to the original budget even though we requested several changes along the way and never felt like we were being nickel and dimed. Rudy brought out Edward, Eddie, Matt and Julien to help with the project and all were knowledgeable, friendly and left our space very clean and organized at the end of the day even though we told them it wasn't necessary. It's been several months since the project was completed and everything has worked perfectly. We highly recommend SRP and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I saw all these great reviews so I called when I had an electrical problem. My GFCI outlet in my bathrooms didn't work and replacing the outlet didn't help. Steven was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! He gave me two suggestions over the phone and my issue was resolved! He didn't charge me! I am impressed and will use this company from now on! I suggest you do the same - you will not be disappointed!
