We had a great experience with Spot On Heating Air Plumbing. My husband scheduled them for a complimentary service and was able to secure an appointment quickly. Unfortunately for me, the morning of my appointment, I had to cancel when Taylor arrived for the job. Luckily, they had no issues with this late cancellation and re-scheduled my appointment right then for the following week at the same time. The day of the service appointment, Taylor arrived at the beginning of the given window time and got right to work. He explained to me the plan, what he would be doing, and even asked which doors I prefer he use. He was very professional and thorough. He wore a mask at all times and foot booties while he was in my home. He had me look at the AC Unit before and after the cleaning, then proceeded to check my attic. At the end of the appointment, we went over pictures and numbers to show the improvement. We ended up joining the club program because we were so happy with the service and will be having them service our furnace in the winter. I definitely recommend their company and give Taylor 5 stars!

My AC broke down. To fix it I was quoted 11,000 k for repair! To replace the AC and Furnace was 19000k or 16000k with membership!! This also includes the cost of the crane for the roof.
Please BEWARE of price gouging as was mentioned in a prior review.
I saved 10k dollars by NOT using them! No other extra services that can come with a replacement of an AC unit will come anywhere close to what would be the savings of 10k!

This company is very professional. Needed A/C repair due to power issue and they were available within a day and professionally sends appointment confirmations & reminders/alert when tech on the way with his picture & name. I got Antonio who was the nicest and so detail oriented. Explained in detail every single step & what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable. Without me asking, he wore shoe covers inside the home & mask...loved the show cover part bcs we don't wear shoes in our home. Anyway, totally trustworthy & honest company. I signed up for the annual maintenance membership bcs i liked their service that much. I definitely recommend this company & you'll be lucky to get Antonio as your technician.
