My mom told me about this company. She's been using it for a while now. Their customer service and reliability is top notch. I signed up for the membership to have year-round maintenance for my AC and furnace. They take care of everything so you can have peace of mind. Price is very good too compared to other companies.

Ask for the technician Albert Daniels. He's a Godsend. I hate it when people come out and try to sell you things and go on and on about crazy stuff. Albert doesn't do that. He is very polite and handles all your equipment with care. Before he starts, he goes through everything with you that he's going to do. Also he is very neat. He brings in bags and towels just in case there's any water that leaks. Love that. After he's done with the work, he cleans everything up and then sits down with you to go over everything. I like how he explains things very clearly and answers all of my questions. He's very down to earth and doesn't come off as condescending. I'm going to request him from now on and let my mom know as well.

Try this company out. Seriously! It's hard to find people you can trust... especially nowadays. These people are wonderful. Enjoy!

I had a problem with my plumbing where the hot water pressure was much lower compared to my cold. They were recommended by the community I live in so I decided the $65 service fee to come out and figure it out was fine. The person who came did their checks and really didn't come to any conclusion other than maybe we start with the tankless water heater and flush it. How much? $400ish. Pretty high cost for a flush. I felt like they knew what was going on, but wanted the money. I called someone else and they walked me through to check the filter of the tankless water heater. I pulled it out, gave it a swirl, and wow, it fixed my problem. Based off of my experience and feel, I wouldn't recommend them.

I love Spot On! I needed my dishwasher removed. They sent Levi to check it out first. I was told what needed to be done and how much it would be. Levi came a few days later with another person and removed the dishwasher. They took the dishwasher with them and left the area clean. A very thorough job. Thank you guys!

Excellent service, efficient, and personable. When my heat stopped working I called Spot On and later on that day Shawn and Albert came out to look at my system. They found out that my igniter needed to be replaced and the day the correct part came in my heat was fixed in less than a hour. I mostly spoke with Shawn and he explained everything that was going on. He was easy to talk to and had given me a new filter and some advice to help keep them clean. I would also like to add they both put on boot covers when they would be inside the house, and put cardboard on the wall to prevent the ladder from hitting the wall which I found thoughtful and appreciated. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Spot On truly lives by their name. My Furnace unit was giving me LOADS of trouble for the past week. It was driving me, the wife, and, most importantly, our dogs BANANAS!
