Antonio was VERY knowledgeable and happy to educate in the subject to make and informed decision. We were happy to get our AC repaired on the spot and to be made aware of future potential problems. Also, not rushed into buying or paying for anything if not ready. This was definitely not the experience I was expecting, totally above expectations. Also the time frame I was given was not accurate and the company did not hesitate to not charge for a diagnostic fee. Way to care for customers!
