I loved this company's quick response back in July when I needed a new system and then again at the six months maintenance which is included and then again when my PVC drain pipe stopped working they came out immediately. Very nice company very professional clean up after themselves really well I would recommend them to anybody

I called C.W.P Heating & Air today due to a heating issue I had today! I had previously called them earlier this year for a problem I was experiencing with my heater, they responded quickly and fixed my issue ! :)

Service Tech Enrique came out ASAP , considering the pandemic ! He looked at my heater and shared the problem that needed to be fixed ! Unfortunately it was a new issue :(

Due to hard times right now , he was so nice and told me let me see how I can help you ! He called the office , and spoke with his Service Manager Juan , and he told me don't worry about the cost we will take care of it for you
So you can have heat tonight !

Had CWP come by to tune-up my heater and A/C but couldn't complete it due to a blown fuse. He diagnosed it and then charged me for the visit. I asked what the charge was for since we couldn't do anything and he said that there's a charge just to come out... a fee that was never mentioned to me when making the appointment! Be advised, if they come out you'll get charged no matter what. I'm disappointed that they couldn't waive it after I told them that I wasn't even informed of this fee. Other than that, the tech was courteous, clean, wore a mask and booties, and knowledgeable.

CWP replied promptly to my inquiry, showed up on time, and was attentive to the COVID-19 hygiene protocol when entering my house. Their staff was very thorough in their evaluation of my heating duct repair prior to providing me with a quote which added confidence that they understood our problem properly.

Once we accepted their big, they repaired our heating vents quickly and competently and did not give us a hard sell on any monthly service plan (unlike others). If we decide to install air or have problems with our heater, CWP will hear from us again!

Had our air conditioner and furnace/blower replaced last week by CWP. The service was excellent from our call to request an estimate until the job was completed. Juan was very professional, anticipated most of our questions, provided a detailed estimate and oversaw the installation process. All of the installers were so friendly and professional. They covered our floors with drop cloths, wore shoe protectors and masks and all the necessary protective gear when they had to go under the house. The job was completed in a little over 1 day, but Juan made sure that we could use the a/c that night (it has gotten to about 100 during the day). We will happily recommend them to anyone who needs to install or replace their system. Would have given them a 10 star rating, but 5 is the highest. Thank you Juan and CWP for your excellent work!
