I just had them over to fix my newish (2 years) AC that was leaking water into the pan. It was clogged. I feel so stupid that I paid $1700 to have the clog removed and coils cleaned--I was ripped off. They led me to believe it was a bargain.

I'm so upset with this company. This is how I found them, through this deceptive ad for $93 drain cleaning. Cheryl told me on the phone that since we were a single family home it would only be $69. They did come the next day and Mark came and was really cool, but his manager Mike was an %ss hol% after I questioned the integrity of their ad and wanted to charge me almost $500 and yelled at me and blamed me for not reading the fine print. I hate businesses that do this kind of practice and wouldn't even recommend that to put in a drain stopper. They will shock you with their price and will never give out estimates over the phone. Most companies will at least tell you what they charge per foot for snaking, but Cheryl assured me over the phone that I would be happy with the price. I still had to pay $69 for the estimate and will never contact them again. Just beware! We are all trying to save a little money and their ad will suck you in and you will be angry with the total price. I guarantee it! You have been warned!

To replace two ceiling fans and fix an outlet with a simple short. Ready? $2,200 dollars. Then when I told the tech that he was crazy the price instantly dropped to $1,800. I told him to just fix the outlet. He fixed the wire. No new outlet needed. 10 minutes work...$300. I'm 59 and in my life I've never run into bigger scam artists. Other reviews point out how the techs are tied to their swindling boss that the call every 15 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CROOKS

I contacted southern Coast Services for a repair of my stand-by generator. They scheduled an appointment with me and on the day of did not show. No call to say they could not make the appointment, i found out only after I called them. This happened a second time and when I called they said they forgot to assign a technician. I gave them a 3rd appointment and they called and said they could not make it. During all this I was sent verification text and email several times a day. They claimed to be the best in south Florida but they can't even make the schedule times. When i told them I would not hire them they were smug and said well we will satisfy other customers. Waist of time! Don't even attempt to hire this company.

I will never use this company again! The front desk lady Makenzie was very rude and when I asked her to give me information about the services over the phone she didn't seem to care, rushing me off the phone. She is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to regarding an estimate on service work. Just because of how disrespectful she was, I will not be needing any help from this company what so ever.

OMG, what a terrible experience!!!. They promised me to charge $69 and charged me $250. They quote
me to clean Motor Rotor and Coil for $750 and I agreed. When I came over to inspect they did not clean
the rotor and the coil was not fully cleaned, very unprofessional. I felt I was ripped off in my face!!!. I
regret to have called this company. They lie to customers and do not honor quotes and contracts.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
They just want the $60. They will give you a crazy price so you say no. This way they can take the $60 and go to the next SCAM.
I paid $250 for something they quoted me $1200 to do. Even wasting my $60, I still got a better deal.
Their $60 come take a look is a SCAM!!!!

When I called to clarify if that includes the video, they told me the $99 is just for tech to come out and tell me if I need a camera inspection (the camera inspection is extra). THAT is NOT what the add states! They also are unable/unwilling to give any estimates for the actual inspection without the ""expert"" coming out for $99...
