My name is Leonard Salvatore Cipolla II, and I have been immersed in construction throughout my life. My father was a talented carpenter and excelled in various trades. Before high school, I spent my after-school hours, weekends, and summers working alongside him. I acquired skills in carpentry, covering everything from framing to drywall, spackling, and painting. When I graduated, my father insisted I explore either plumbing or electrical work. I chose to venture into the electrical field at that time. As time passed, I accumulated experience across all trades, including plumbing and air conditioning. I certified my experience and successfully passed the exams for the other trades. I am fully licensed and insured across all trades. Currently, my company has over 30 employees and manages diverse projects, ranging from light residential work to new construction. In this journey, I found my amazing wife, and we are blessed with three incredible children. I feel truly blessed with how everything has turned out.

OMG, what a terrible experience!!!. They promised me to charge $69 and charged me $250. They quote
me to clean Motor Rotor and Coil for $750 and I agreed. When I came over to inspect they did not clean
the rotor and the coil was not fully cleaned, very unprofessional. I felt I was ripped off in my face!!!. I
regret to have called this company. They lie to customers and do not honor quotes and contracts.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
They just want the $60. They will give you a crazy price so you say no. This way they can take the $60 and go to the next SCAM.
I paid $250 for something they quoted me $1200 to do. Even wasting my $60, I still got a better deal.
Their $60 come take a look is a SCAM!!!!

Beware of the scam on the Coupons & Special Offers from Southern Coast Services listed on their website! It states:
$99 Sewer/Main Line Camera Inspection
What you get from Southern Coast Services:
* We will come to your home
* We will perform our camera/video inspection service
* Present you with a comprehensive report on our findings & personalized solutions on what to do next
* 100% satisfaction guaranteed
* NO service call fees. NO dispatch fees.
When I called to clarify if that includes the video, they told me the $99 is just for tech to come out and tell me if I need a camera inspection (the camera inspection is extra). THAT is NOT what the add states! They also are unable/unwilling to give any estimates for the actual inspection without the ""expert"" coming out for $99...

The biggest rip-offs there is i called them yesterday because my shower faucet wouldn't shut off i turned water house i told them it was a moen and needed a new valve guy came i already had it apart put new cartridge valve in done in 15 minutes he calls owner lenny he sends me a bill for 377.52 dollars im like NO im livid 15 minutes and a 25 to 30 dollar part i told him the tech nice guy to take it out they asked me if i would settle for 200.00 still outrageous i agreed because i had company coming over for my birthday i have cpoies of the invoice stay away there 39.99 special is a joke .

Recently we contacted Southern Coast Services to install a full home generator and have some AC work done. First, the owner Lenny came immediately to our home to check out the proper way to install a full home generator, extremely happy with the professionalism. We have since awarded that project to Southern. I had some AC questions and again before I could count to 10, there was David the AC professional. He was so responsive and we are considering to do this high end project because of David. We actually awarded the generator because I had further questions and after David put his young children to sleep for the evening, he returned my call and answered the further questions we had. The following day, Lenny says he is in the area, makes us comfortable with the project for the generator and there we go, all because of David, okay Lenny helped a little. So far so good.

The estimate that we received was lower than what it eventually cost us. Being retired and on a fixed income, this extra $750.00 put an unnecessary financial burden on us. The work was completed and was not up to my standards. The installers started to break up the old pad and left it in place and placed the larger new pad on top of the old one. The sealant that was used along the duct work washed off during a heavy rain. The installers left wires exposed with non-waterproof caps. I had the company correct the problems before I made the final payment. They corrected it by cleaning the exterior of the unit and putting a metallic tape over the seams. They placed bricks around the perimeter of the slab to support the edges. The wires were wrapped with what I believe is electrical tape and still exposed to the weather. The company did indicate on the final invoice the reduction in the final price of $485.50. I disagree with this because we financed the original estimate of $3,884.00 through a finance company they work with. When I asked about the price discrepancy, I was advised that is what the finance company charged them.

We were very happy with the service we received from Southern Coast Electrical. We called for an issue with an electrical outlet and the company was able to send someone over right away. The electrician, Chris, was very thorough and went through everything done with us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will definitely use Southern Coast Electrical in the future.

Very happy with the work and customer service at Southern Coast. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them.

They over charge on emergency visits and the tech cannot make a move without the owner's permission. My problem was not electrical and it was and FPL issue which I told the guy on the phone but he was on his way, I let him come my mistake. $200 later-no work was performed and he spent about 5 minutes total at my house. If the owner had a heart he would have cut me a break. Some businesses will do that but not Southern Coast and the greedy owner

New to Florida, I hired Southern Coast for a complete home remodel. As far as price, their price came in the middle of 2 other bids. Joe, very nice guy. Once the complete remodel started, I realized there were issues with some of the work that a few of their subs were doing. I was assured by the construction manager that they do quality work and that I have a year to fix anything unsatisfactory to me. I lived in another town and wasn't able to oversee the project on a daily basis. I questioned the work often. Naive me, from another state, I felt like shoddy work was perhaps a ""Florida"" problem...until I starting seeing other perfectly quality remodels... I ended up asking them to send out someone to fix the shoddy work on the ceilings, paint, kitchen cabinets etc... They threw someone on the job a few times, still with no quality results. Now, I'm stuck having to find someone to fix all the poor quality work that S.C. left behind. Very frustrated...
