I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. After spending $10,000 to replace my roof, they failed to fix a persistent leak near my patio door. I had to repeatedly contact them, often more than three times, to get any response. Bhaskar, specifically, was not very attentive. Even after multiple visits (three, to be exact), the issue remained unresolved, and it seemed like they lost interest in addressing the problem once the initial work was paid for. Eventually, I had to hire another roofer who resolved the issue for just $2,000. I definitely would not recommend this company. Left me far from smiling at the end of it all.

They get two stars because they fixed some leaks but didn't resolve the main issue I was hoping to fix in the first place.

Bhaskar and his team were very organized when fixing our roof and installing our solar panels. The amount of electricity powered by the solar panels is higher than what I was expecting. Great customer service.

During the pandemic, like many income was sporadic dependent on benefits or other unreliable support. I budgeted $2500 for a job that ended up being $5000 or more without my consent or knowledge. Because I asked for a few extra weeks to pay the additional unexpected charges, bhaskar puts a lien on my house and files a suit in court. I pay the additional fees demanded, yet he continues to pursue a lawsuit for YEARS just to collect a couple hundred dollars in payment processing fees, late fees, and interest.

Meanwhile the contractor's licensing board confirmed that he was not entitled to collect payment for work I paid for in the first place that fell outside of the signed contract. So he has the balls to take me to court for payment on interest when I already paid the full balance he asked for without thr required change order signed.

Hopefully this information I shared, helps to protect others from falling into this trap that starts out as an incredible deal, and turns into a 3 year nightmare. I have many reviews and believe in giving 4- 5 stars even if there's room for improvement, but this man is one of the few that deserving 1 star . Karma is a B...... vengeance is mine says the lord. May GOD have mercy on his soul.

My friend Ray had his Tesla charger installed by Bhaskar's Southbay NRG and very enthusiastically referred me to his company.

He was incredibly responsive via text and on the phone, arranged to have my Tesla charger installed within days of our call and even had an extra Tesla charger (which he had pre-ordered) which saved me the hassle and time of having to order it from Tesla directly.

He & his installers texted me before they came over, were on time, nice, neat, & professional.

Because my power main is on my detached garage and the main breaker subpanel is in our home, they had to tap into the main breaker & install a subpanel in my garage.

He even accommodated a last-minute change I made to have it installed on the other side of the garage.

He personally went to pick up the necessary extra parts & came over to deliver them to save time.

They even went through and made sure it was all connected via Wi-Fi.

They also did it at a fair price and lower than quotes I received from installers listed on the Tesla website.

I have since referred them to my patients and they have already scheduled another installation.

You & your guys ROCK Bhaskar, thank you so much!

Great customer service. Used them for both my houses. Installed on time and build quality was top notch. I have been happy with my system since the beginning and continue to be impressed by the diligence in the care and maintenance they have provided.
