Bhaskar was very communicative and responsive, the work was done properly and it was made easy and uncomplicated for me. The city and the permit processes are not always easy nor fast, but I did not have to deal with any of that. I called Bhaskar when I needed anything, and he responded immediately. I wished my install was done in a day, but I had to wait for a part, and for a new city meter and some other paper responses with the city. Oh well. Took about 8 weeks for the whole process. Pricing was great, and they were very patient with anything I needed or requested. Good, honest, hardworking, local people to work with. I will be doing more work with them.

Southbay NRG did an incredible job installing solar panels at my house in Diamond Bar. Bhaskar and his crew completed the installation of 12 panels in one day, as they are highly experienced and knowledgeable in this area. The price was very reasonable, much cheaper than Tesla and Sunrun. The solar panels and inverter have been working great since the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Southbay NRG and Bhaskar to my friends and family.

I had the ultimate pleasure to use Southbay NRG today! I manage an apartment building and recently the roof sprung a leak. And with an impending storm approaching this week end, I knew I could not delay doing something. I always dread getting bids from contractors especially when they know you need a job done desperately. But with Bhaskar and his reliable crew, they came, assessed the problem, and did an excellent repair without costing me a new roof. So many contractors will take advantage of the opportunity to mark up prices or say ""you need a new roof"". Not Southbay NRG! Bhaskar is the owner and does the ACTUAL work with his crew. He doesn't subcontract like so many contractors out there. His company is HONEST, RELIABLE, and AFFORDABLE!!!!! We had a leak in our roof due to a incorrect installation. I contacted Bhaskar and set an appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time, (A rarity with most contractors.) , explained to me in great detail what needed to be done, and quoted me a solid price. When the job was completed the work site was thoroughly cleaned. It is now raining again and the roof isn't leaking. I reccomend him.

I had Southbay NRG install a wall charger for my Tesla in my Los Angeles condo. Bashkar was always prompt, courteous, and professional. I was supposed to get quotes from a few people but decided to go with Southbay NRG without even talking to the others. This was because he was so knowledgeable and friendly with a quote that seemed very reasonable. ( I had a rough idea what to expect from the forums). He walked me through The whole process and stayed on schedule. He was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process. He even tolerated one of my neighbor's mean behavior towards him. After the job he was very helpful in answering questions and sending me info for getting a DWP refund. I plan on asking him to install a second charger for me and have already recommended him to other people looking for this kind of work. I give them my highest recommendation with absolutely zero reservations.

It took me a long time to decide whether I want to go Solar or not. I'm so glad I made the decision to go solar. Now I look back and say to myself why didn't I do it before.
I went with Southbay cause they are experts at solar and they also do roof. My roof was a bit odd shaped but they were able to come up with a solution rather than a reason to charge me more. Bhaskar was professional and knowledgeable. He was very informative throughout the process got all the proper permits. He even pointed out what my licensed electrician did wrong. He got the job done right. All work was done on time and cleaned up afterwords. I liked the little detail work they do weather cleaning the roof or cleanup all together.
It's AMAZING to see my meter going backward. With these heatwaves in SFV it's a no brainer to go SOLAR.
