After a slight slip in early discussions which was totally an honest mistake Joe and his team completed the job with stellar performance. Friendly, honest, great work, right on the money and right on time. I think this is very unusual in the construction trade so it is much appreciated. I want to thank his team of Scott and Cody who were great. Very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Sonner Electric and he confirmed with me a time, he said 2:30pm-3:30pm. 3:45 pm came along and no called and no electrician to be insight. So I called and I said are you close or stuck in traffic I had an appointment at 2:30pm. He said whats your name, I informed him and he said oh well whats your address..... I gave it to him again and he said okay ill send someone there in 15 minutes. That was unprofessional and unexceptionable. I work in the appointment and customer industry and this is a very bad no..no. He didnt care to send someone on time to a confirmed appointment and made me wait an hour for someone, if I hired him (which I will not) how do I know they would care enough to do the work properly and be on time.

Great customer service is something that isn't easy to find in this industry and Joe provides it in spades. I called Joe to fix a ceiling light in a property that i manage. My tenants said it wasn't the bulb that was the issue as they replaced it with a new bulb and it still didn't turn on. Turns out that the ""new bulb"" was faulty and it was a bulb issue. My tenants were embarrassed as was i when i found out. Joe didn't make a big deal of it and was actually sympathetic. He also didn't charge me. Will be using him in the future. Thank you Joe!
