Scheduled a appt. with Joe for 8-9 a.m. He was a no show. I called at 10:20 a.m. and was given the excuse that the appt. was between 9-11 a.m. and did I want him to come or not, because he was on his way. I immediately said NO. Can't do attitides and bad customer service. The next man will get the job.

And honest about everything showed me the problem and explain the reason this happen it had nothing to do with the outlet itself as I thought it was entirely something else. we had an appointment on July 19 2021 with a appointment window of 10-2, now, an appointment window of 4 hrs. is not something we normally do, but we did it, because we saw some good reviews. We waited the 4 hrs. and no one showed up, that was a big waste of 4 hrs. that we could have been productive doing something else. we didnt even receive a call, letting us know that they were not coming. Sonner Electric is very unprofessional, and lost all of our future business, we only give our hard earned money to companies that are reliable!!!!!
