We needed a plug installed in our garage for our electric vehicle. Sonner electric got us on their schedule within a week and had the job done within an hour. They were quick, competent, and reasonably priced. We were very happy and would definitely recommend them. The only minor complaint is that they didn't arrive for the estimate anywhere near their window, and didn't call to tell me they were on their way. But this was a very minor inconvenience and their expertise and competitive pricing more than made up for that.

Just wanted to make this post finally about a great experience with this great company. I called Joe the owner and explained to him that I needed a row of can lights looked at and possibly repaired. He set me up for this past Tuesday at 3pm and was really looking forward to the arrival of the technician arriving after having bad experiences with other companies not even showing. When the tech arrived he asked a couple questions and also took a couple of readings and within minutes he found the problem to be a loose wire only. He charged me a very reasonable price and fixed it within minutes after squirming through a very tight attic space to get to the wire. I was so happy to have the lights fixed and working wonderfully. I will be using him very shortly to install ceiling fans in all of my rooms. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

I called Sonner Electric for an electrical problem on one of my rentals in Lancaster, we made an appointment but they fail to show up, I called that night to complaint and they returned my call right away apologizing for the incident and assured me the next day will be there on time. Not only they were on time but they fixed the problem and the best part is they didn't charge me for the repairs to make up for the inconvenience of the previous day. Talking about customer service, I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and clients.

Lost power to half my house. Called Sonner late on a Monday and Joe was here before our scheduled appointment the next morning which was a plus. He went room to room and inspected our main panel thoroughly including checking wiring on room outlets. Found the problem at our main panel which ended up being a bad wiring installation from our solar panel company we contracted. Definitely recommend Sonner if you need an experienced Electrician.
