we had an appointment on July 19 2021 with a appointment window of 10-2, now, an appointment window of 4 hrs. is not something we normally do, but we did it, because we saw some good reviews. We waited the 4 hrs. and no one showed up, that was a big waste of 4 hrs. that we could have been productive doing something else. we didnt even receive a call, letting us know that they were not coming. Sonner Electric is very unprofessional, and lost all of our future business, we only give our hard earned money to companies that are reliable!!!!!

Just bought a house , was quoted 4-6 thousand for an upgraded electrical panel and we contacted Sonner Electric . Joe came out and told us that if we could move things around then we can add my Dryer and my EV car to the current panel .
