""So Cal Home Theater"" installed our new in home theatre system earlier this year. It was a seamless and fun experience for us! The staff is very knowledgable, works quickly, and is obviously enthusiastic about providing a quality entertainment experience.

I don't know much about technology, so they helped guide me to the best television and sound system for our space by making a number of suggestions for us to pick from, falling at various price points.

Reasonable fee and flexible scheduling!

Will use again, and highly recommend!

I had these guys do a couple projects for me. Initially they were good, then most recently their office has been extremely non-responsive and difficult to deal with. The items they suggested I purchase were discontinued, and I think they wanted me to purchase their items retail to unload product.

They gave an estimate for very basic work, then never showed up!!!! I followed up with a call and email, and they didn't respond until the day after they are supposed to show up and I take time off work. Their response is ""We apologize we didn't finalize your estimate."" Total BS, given that I emailed several times and they just don't respond.

Apparently their business is doing real good, so they are too busy to respond and communicate. You can't even get the person on the phone who is supposed to do the installing, and who can answer the questions. All in all, they are pretty unprofessional, and difficult to deal with - not customer service oriented at all. I would not trust them to do work in my home or cut into my walls, etc. This isn't rocket science, and customer service is a pretty basic element of doing business. Bottom line, they've lost my trust and I will never do business with them again, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone if they can't handle the basics of coordinating the hanging of a TV on the wall, a couple speakers and some internet. WOW. Zero stars to service, and negative 5 stars for communication.

***update- can't thank Adam and Alex enough. I had a question on something (they did nothing wrong, but we couldn't locate a wire) and they took great care of us. Thank you so much!!! Will be back in the future for all our home theater/tech needs!

Adam and Alex did an amazing job with the installation, knowing the fact that my wife doesn't like the cats on the TV and cords and the fact that I love watching my sports is amazing and the way we wanted, i know it was a bit pricey but it is well worth it. Thank y'all so much and I definitely will recommend their services to anybody that needs this done

They're the real deal. They did a surround sound and TV installation for us. They were tidy and courteous during the installation. I had a few estimates and theirs wasn't the lowest to be honest but they seemed to be more thorough and I had more confidence in their ability to do a good job. I am not disappointed at all. Everything works better than I had hoped.

Awesome work. Cleaned up all the wires and put everything behind the walls. Fixed my sound bar and gave me a multitude of ideas for my sound system. They were on time and cleaned up everything perfectly. These guys are great!

Adam came out and gave us a very reasonable bid and made a couple of suggestions that we never thought about and it made all of the difference. Great service that So Cal provided from start to finish. Everything was done the same day as promised and then took their time to explain once done about the remote and how everything was setup.

AWESOME....hands down SoCal Home Theatre crushed the installation of my 55"" inch Samsung TV. My wife and I just bought a new house and wanted to ditch the tv stand and cords for a sleek look that saved space. These guys show up on time and walk you through the whole process. They kept the floors clean with a blanket and vacuumed and wiped the TV down before they left. They even mounted the router and modem behind the TV (I asked for this) at no additional cost. For less than $400 I could not ask for more. Great job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
