Really great work by Cosmo! He installed our ceiling fan on a sloped ceiling and added canned lights to our hallway. Showed up on time and even though there was a challenge with the ceiling fan due to a fire block, he worked until it was done right and even apologized a few times that he didn't get it completed quicker. He also helped us to decide where the canned lights should go and they look great. I highly recommend and we'll use them again for future projects.

I used Smith Electrical to install my new solar system. I met with Dave Smith for the first time and I was immediately impressed. He sat down with me and patiently went over the benefits of Solar and what his company could do for me. Throughout the whole process, Dave and his employees have been true professionals. I received other quotes from other contractors but my gut feeling always told me to go with Dave. His bid was competitive and his hands on approach was quite appreciated. Dave is not the type of owner to sign you up and to hand off the job to someone else. When I mean hands on I mean Dave is present during every phase of the job. Even though he is quite busy with other jobs, he treats you like you are his only customer. If things are not done correctly, he is right there guiding his employees to rectify the situation. I couldn't be happier with his company. As a retired law enforcement officer, I have always been skeptical of contractors and what they promise but Dave keeps his promises and follows through on them. I would strongly recommend Smith Electrical for all of your electrical needs especially to include your future solar needs.

We hired Smith Electrical Contractors for Solar. The scope of the work included an electrical panel upgrade as well as 24 Solar Panels installed on our roof. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. The very competitive price, quality of work, pride in workmanship, and completing the job in a timely manner sums up the great experience we had from the initial meeting through ""permission to operate"" from SDG&E. Every employee who was either at/in our home to the office staff that take care of some of the pre-post installation details are respectful & conscientious. I met the owner of Smith Electric about three years ago. The company has completed multiple projects at my 1960's era home. Most recently we had them install a complete solar system. From the time of proposal to the time of final inspection was approximately 2 weeks. We couldn't be happier with our system or the Smith Electric crew. We hired Smith Electrical to upgrade our out-dated electric panel for our 50+ year old home. They coordinated with SDG&E and also obtained the necessary permits. The electricians were prompt, polite, and professional as they worked at our home. We had them upgrade the panel, add outlets in the garage, and wire for a new AC unit. The work took three days to complete. Day one: cut the old panel out of the stucco and replace with the new panel plus all the other electrical work. Our electricity was off from 7am-3pm.
Day two: stucco wall repair. Day three: prime and paint newly replaced stucco. We are very happy with the services provided by Smith Electrical. We highly recommend Smith Electrical for their good work and great customer service.
