Bogdan was the SMARTCHOICE Technician that was dispatched to repair our dryer and cooktop. He was able to fix the screeching sound our dryer was making on his initial visit. The cooktop required parts to be ordered which were delivered in about 9 days. Bogdan came out to complete the cooktop repair and did an excellent job. He is friendly and personable, and had no issues answering my questions about the repair. I highly recommend Bogdan and SMARTCHOICE Appliance.

Bogdan was excellent, knowledgeable and professional. My dryer started making loud noises (I assumed from normal wear and tear). He explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Once he opened up the dryer and removed the drum he was spot on and showed me exactly what he thought the cause of all the noise. SmartChoice was very prompt in responding to our callout for our leaking clothes washer, and scheduled us immedialty. Adrian, the tech they sent, was great! He took pictures of where the leak occured (since it was under/inside the washer and explained why it happened and gave tips to potentially stop it from happening again. Highly recommend

I had an issue with my LG dryer and decided to call SmartChoice Appliance to fix it. The job was complete in a little under 2 hours, and my technician Bogdan was exceptional and blew me away with his service.

He gave me a quote after diagnosing the problem, showed me the issue, then gave tips to help avoid my problem in the future, was extremely polite when I asked him questions, and also was very courteous by asking if it was OK to start the loud vacuum.

You can't ask for better service, and I hope I get him next time for any of my appliance needs.
