Bogdan came out Thanksgiving morning and was great! He was knowledgeable about the issue our Samsung washer was experiencing and showed us. Unfortunately, I guess this isn't a rare problem for Samsung & LG. Our machine is less than 3 1/2 years old and had a rusted/moldy outer tub! Absolutely unacceptable from a $900 appliance. We chose not to invest over $500 into fixing this Samsung. Bogdan answered lots of our questions and gave us some suggestions on a replacement. Worth the $65 for his assessment of our machine and to pick his brain on a replacement machine.

Luckily he had the available sensor and he was able to complete the job quickly. He was professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and even inspect other parts to ensure everything was good.

I used Smart Appliance thru First American Home Warranty to claim for my washing machine. The only downside with this claim is the process flow from the insurance company. The turn around time takes way too long. Our washing machine could have been fixed after the second visit. But that's the insurance side.
The Smart Appliance Technician, Bogdan was very professional and knowledgeable. You don't feel rushed on each visit. Very detailed oriented and made sure everything is thoroughly checked.Bodgan sets your expectations so you know what to expect from the diagnostic to approval of the claim/parts replacement. Great job,Bogdan ! Kudos to him. Keep it up !

Very weak company when it comes to diagnosing a problem. Amateur technicians and customer service. They came out 6 times wasting people times and money eventually giving up on the project leaving us with a still broke appliance. Proceed with caution.

Smart Choice Appliance was fantastic! We were dealing with a broken washer and dryer and had gotten the run around from another repair company so I was at the end of my rope. Edward was our technician and I cannot stop raving about his service. He was puntual, polite and professional. I had a lot of questions that he patiently answered and he kept me informed every step of the step of the way - both during my visit and in follow ups - so I knew what the issue was, what my options were and could make the most informed decision. While having major appliance issues can be challenging (and expensive), Smart Choice really earned my trust and I cannot recommend them enough.

We filed a claim with our homeowners warranty to fix our dishwasher. Initially, we did not hear from SmartChoice Appliance for several days so we were worried that it would not be a smooth process. I then called and they quickly made an appointment. The technician Danny was fantastic. He was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. The SmartChoice technician was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator's icemaker. So we ordered the needed part and the following week the same technician installed it in the freezer and the problem was resolved. Job well done. I love how Smartchoice sends a text message as the technician is on his way to our house with a link that shows me the technicians progress along the route so I can see precisely where they are coming from and when they will arrive. It is a very well run organization with a lot of tech savvy notifications to customers from time of booking and throughout the process. I will definitely use them again.
