Company Overview

I typically diagnose appliance issues on the same day I receive a service request. I offer skilled appliance repairs for less than typical brick-and-mortar repair companies. As the sole Appliance Repair Technician in the region with a degree in Electronics Technology, along with training in aircraft instrumentation, HVACR, and water pump services, I handle repairs that others cannot. With over ten years of appliance repair experience, I have serviced thousands of appliances for a leading local company; I may have already worked on your appliances before! I hold the necessary licenses and insurance.

In October 2015, I established Simple Solutions. I work closely with several prominent property management companies and am always looking for new opportunities. I quickly diagnose and repair their appliances for less, and when an appliance is beyond repair, I can remove the old unit and install a new one. If a refrigerator is out of commission and needs time for repairs, I can supply a loaner fridge at my discretion. This is a true loaner—there’s no charge for its use. I have also implemented a square reader for those who prefer to pay by card. I also offer early bird and late bird service for a small extra charge for those who can’t take time off work for repairs.

My roots are in the East Bay area. I took my first physics class as a sixth grader at Cal Berkeley through the Mentally Gifted Minors program. I earned my degree in Electronics Technology in 1983. I relocated to the Redding area in 1993. I purchased a modest home in 1994. I encountered my future wife and sons in 1996. From 1996 to 1997, I put myself through school for Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC. From 2005 to 2015, I worked as an Appliance Repair Technician for a prominent local appliance retailer.
