Company Overview

I typically diagnose appliance issues on the same day I receive a service request. My appliance repair services are more affordable than those of conventional repair businesses. I am the only Appliance Repair Technician in the area with an Electronics Technology degree and additional training in aircraft instrumentation, HVACR, and water pump repairs, allowing me to tackle repairs that other companies may overlook. With more than ten years in the field, I’ve repaired thousands of appliances for a well-known local company, so I might have already fixed your appliances! I am licensed and insured.

I founded Simple Solutions in October 2015. I have established lasting relationships with key property management companies and continue to pursue additional partnerships. I quickly diagnose and repair their appliances for less, and when an appliance is beyond repair, I can remove the old unit and install a new one. If a refrigerator is out of commission and needs time for repairs, I can supply a loaner fridge at my discretion. This is a true loaner—there’s no charge for its use. I have also implemented a square reader for those who prefer to pay by card. Additionally, for customers who cannot take time off work for repairs, I provide early bird and late bird service for a small additional fee.

I grew up in the East Bay area. I began my journey in physics as a sixth grader at Cal Berkeley in the Mentally Gifted Minors program. I earned my degree in Electronics Technology in 1983. I relocated to the Redding area in 1993. I purchased a modest home in 1994. In 1996, I met my future wife and sons. I worked my way through my Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC studies from 1996 to 1997. I was an Appliance Repair Technician at a well-known local appliance store from 2005 to 2015.
