Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Stay alert when dealing with contractors in South Carolina that only list a cell phone as their contact!

We are responsible to the states where we are licensed and to the IRS. We avoid “under the table” practices and ensure all income is reported to the IRS and the Department of Revenue.

We are knowledgeable about the building codes. Our licensed electricians keep current with state requirements through mandatory continuing education.

We are legally permitted to handle repairs and installations over $500. If a handyman does any work in your home that surpasses $500, including materials, they must be licensed by the state. This is to protect you!

We do not compensate our electricians for identifying additional or more complex electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs. Many contracting companies have compensation plans that encourage employees to find issues that homeowners may not be aware of, whether they are real or not. If we uncover major issues that extend beyond a service call, we will offer a list of nearby companies for a second opinion and an estimate for the required work.
