We are certified, bonded, and insured. Exercise caution when choosing a contractor in South Carolina who only provides a phone number!

We are responsible to the states where we are licensed and to the IRS. We avoid “under the table” practices and ensure all income is reported to the IRS and the Department of Revenue.

We understand the building codes. Our licensed electricians keep current with state requirements through mandatory continuing education.

We are authorized to perform repairs and installations that exceed $500. If a handyman performs services in your residence that exceed $500, including materials, they must be licensed with the state. This is to protect you!

We do not incentivize our electricians to seek out additional or complex electrical, plumbing, or HVAC issues. Several contracting firms use compensation models that push employees to discover issues that homeowners may not recognize, whether they are genuine or fabricated. Should we find serious problems that exceed a service call, we will supply a list of local businesses for a second opinion and an estimate for the work needed.
