We adhere to the regulations of the states where we are licensed and the IRS. We do not engage in “under the table” work and report all income to the Department of Revenue and the IRS.

Our team is well-versed in building codes. Our licensed electricians remain updated on all state mandates by participating in necessary continuing education.

We have the legal authority to conduct repairs and installations that go beyond $500. Should a handyman undertake any services in your home exceeding $500, including materials, they are required to hold a state license. This is to protect you!

We do not compensate our electricians for identifying additional or more complex electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs. Several contracting firms use compensation models that push employees to discover issues that homeowners may not recognize, whether they are genuine or fabricated. If we uncover major issues that extend beyond a service call, we will offer a list of nearby companies for a second opinion and an estimate for the required work.
