Needed an electrical repair on a rental unit in Temecula. Vince came out and did a great job fixing and disposal and dishwasher outlet problem, along with a problem we had with our oven outlet. They came out quickly, on time and were very fair with their pricing. Couldn't ask for more! The owner, Amador, is very professional and prompt.

I experienced an electrical problem well after their posted hours, but messaged them for a quote on Yelp expecting to get a response the next day duing business hours. Instead, I received a response within 10 minutes at which point we scheduled an in home visit the following morning. Excellent response and communication!

They evaluated my problem and made recommendations to rememdy. The crew was extremely prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!! I couldn't have been any happier with their communcation and professionalism.

You absolutely can not go wrong with this company! All problems fixed very quickly. This is one where you should heed the reviews and just roll with them!

On Monday night my lights started to flicker and I had several burned outlets that literally had burn marks on them! The next night 90% of my upstairs was without power. No matter how many times i reset the panel my upstairs was determined to stay in the dark. I called Amador from Shield Electrical Solutions on Wednesday at 6:54 pm and within 3 minutes I had an appointment for today (friday) at 7am. Firstly, that is amazing! I called six other electricians who were either booked until the end of august or didn't return my call because they were too busy. To me it really made a difference because he was able to stop by and at least review the situation to let me know whether or not it was a dangerous situation or something that could wait. He let me know that he could squeeze me in today, which i was so grateful for. He showed up early at 6:52 am, walked through and listened to me tell him my problems. He realized quickly that my problem was bigger than it appeared and with a little schedule jiggling, his team was able to do fix it all today.

Vince and another gentleman came to change out our outlets and told me that 14 outlets were on one circuit breaker, which is why we lost power to our upstairs. This made complete sense because there were times i would blow dry my hair and the upstairs would go dark. They were also no pressure, they swapped out the burned outlets and let me know that Denise would call me to collect payment. (I am so used to paying with my card!) They also split up the electrical outlets (They even gave me a discount which was really wonderful because my HOA wouldn't allow for external conduit wiring!)

So I wanted to say thank you guys for 1. Answering the phone 2. Giving me my upstairs electricity back! 3. For being very 'no pressure' and explaining everything to me!

I had a ceiling light fixture dangling by a wire, and the plastic casing/electrical box deteriorating. I called Shield for a quote, and scheduled an appointment that same day. Amador told me Vince would be out in a couple of hours. Amador called again to let me know Vince was on his way. I told him he had already been here and was out getting the necessary parts to fix my problem. Vince did a fantastic job! He was a very knowledgeable young man. Shield got lucky when they hired him. Vince tried to make friends with my dog, but my dog was just a little overly protective. Sorry Vince. I would recommend Shield any day of the week!

Called Thursday late afternoon for a GFCI problem and 8 [dead] outlets . Friday at 8am Vince was at my doorstep as scheduled. One hour later the needed connection issues were resolved. Vince was knowledgable and professional. The GFCI was caput and Vince quickly figured the rest out. Worth the price they quoted me over the phone the day before. Shield is on my ""saved list"" for any future projects above my pay grade. PS another company couldn't or wouldn't come out for 7 days.

We had a problem with a circuit breaker; all of the recommended fixes didn't work. So, we contacted Shield Electrical Solutions and heard back from them within 30 minutes and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. Service, work, and professionalism were all outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable. Communication also really stands out with this company. If we ever need other electric work done, we will use Shield. Based on our experience, we highly recommend them to others.

Amador and the team at Shield Electrical are the most reliable, honest and capable electricians I've ever worked with. We are a pure EV car family and when our charger went down I immediately called Amador. He was on the job right away and went the extra mile to fix it right. We were back to charging our cars again in less than a day. Seriously, there is no one else I would recommend but this outfit, absolutely amazing!
