I possess 35 years of expertise in home improvement services, including electrical work, plumbing, and precision carpentry, primarily in vintage homes and apartments. I understand the challenges found in vintage structures: ELECTRICAL: knob-and-tube electrical wiring, absence of grounded circuits, and overloaded circuits. PLUMBING: ancient supply pipes and antique faucets are no challenge. CARPENTRY: crooked door frames, main door security hardware, faulty door knobs and locks, windows that don’t function, etc.
