Every single step you know you're in great hands. You ask questions, they're there to explain abs thoroughly. Their work? Top notch.

Electrical work can be extremely daunting and scary. No one ever wants to risk their homes or businesses burning down because of crappy electrical work.

Know you're in great hands with an electrical contractor/electrician who knows the importance of doing it right the first time. I've been using them for over 15 years and I won't use or trust anyone else!

Love the work they do. I am the property manager for a business here on the Westside of LA, and Seven Electric is our go to for all our service and electrical needs. We recently purchased a new property, and needed to re-wire the entire first floor. Their techs did a great job. We also had them install 4 high-power exterior lights for security, as well as called them out to troubleshoot and restore power to our 3rd floor. Manny is very responsive, and his technicians are hard workers. And their prices are competitive. As a local business here in LA, we highly recommend Seven Electric, and will continue to use them for all our electrical repairs and facility upgrades.

I usually don't write reviews, but this is so no one would have to go through the nightmare that I had to. I can relate to all the negative reviews.

Back in Aug 2021, I requested a quote through Yelp during the Delta variant. I supplied several videos, pictures,building plans and asked if a quote could be provided and was very flexible during the initial communication. Manny said he had been to my building several times and was fine giving me a quote. The job was to run and install 8 lights in my unit and an EV charger in my parking garage.

After I put a deposit down, the communication began to fall apart. He said EV permits were backlogged and it could take months to get one. So instead we went ahead and did the lights inside while we waited for the EV permit.

The crew came in one day in Sept and ran the conduit. This is when things started to fall apart. Manny stopped responding to texts and phone calls on scheduling me. I would have to check in with him nearly every other day to even try to get someone to come out to do the interior lights. He even scheduled me on a day and no one showed up! Extremely unprofessional. The phone calls and texting went on for weeks. So after a month or so went by and 4 of the 8 lights were finally installed and I decided to ask for some of my money back because we weren't getting anywhere with the EV charger. Magically, Manny was able to get the permit the same day I told him I was going to move on.

I was too committed to back out and look for other electricians, so I let him continue and put me on the schedule. He kept saying he was backed up for a month and would try to squeeze me in. I even told him you can schedule me in a month, I just want a commitment and not for me to keep calling and texting for availability like I was on standby. On several occasions he would say I will definitely have someone on (insert date) and when I would call/text to confirm the appointment he would make up some excuse and brush me off. I do not have a work from home job, so it was extremely frustrating to coordinate with him and my employer. At the end December, I decided to not continue with Seven Electric.

On top of that, there was 4 instances over the 4 month period where he had me scheduled and no one showed up!! So many excuses, much wasted time and money.

In conclusion, he never finished my EV charger and was only able to do the conduit and 4 out of 8 lights. I had to hire another company (they had no issues getting an EV permit on the same day I hired them). The crew that did the labor was fine and respectful, it is Manny that I would not trust or would ever do business with again.

So happy I took my neighbor's advice and contacted Seven Electric to do a safety check on all my outlets and wires (since my house is very old). Manny got back to me the same day even though he's crazy busy. He was able to get my project started the next day, sending over Jose and Ramon who replaced and repaired some dangerous outlets that were about to short-circuit. They also safely removed a ton of cables that used to be connected to 3 satellite dishes.

These guys are super professional, quick with their work, and very reasonably priced. I'm so impressed that I've asked them to do another project for me.

Seven Electric installed a Tesla Wall charger safely and quickly. They are very professional and were good with my pets. The work looks good and Alex was very informative of everything I needed so I would not waste time or money. 10/10 Also they are 24 hours in case you are in a pinch.

I called to discuss the details of my issue and they were able to help me troubleshoot it over the phone, saving me a lot of time & money. Great customer service! It was very easy to communicate with Manny and he was very responsive and great about scheduling us, (initial appt. within a day!). Alex was awesome, he was the one who came out to help us and was very polite, very cautious about COVID wearing his PPE, cleaned up after work, etc...Alex also made great recommendations, also tightened some loose writing, and fixed a long-term outage we had in our bathroom!! We finally have full lighting after- being in partial darkness for almost six months LOL!!! So glad I found them last week on YELP!! Will recommend you to others. Thanks again!
