Kevin Comerford and his family have been meeting the heating and air conditioning needs of Northern California homeowners since 1972.
In 1994, Kevin earned his degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
After graduation, he returned home to join his parents' air conditioning and heating business.
After running the business for 25 years, his parents sold it to a $5 billion corporation based in Dallas, TX.
After six years with that company, Kevin opted to step away from the corporate scene and start a family-run, customer-focused business like his parents did in 1972.
This led him to establish Service Champions in 2002.
With these core values, Kevin's business has flourished, now employing over 200 team members and celebrating 18 years of service.
Currently, Service Champions provides services to homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay), South Bay, and Sacramento area.
He lives in Pleasanton, CA, with his wife and their three kids.

We were trying to be ahead of the game and beat the summer heat and have our unit checked out. So glad we did we found out so much info and will definitely use them again.

Our service technician came quickly! Was very respectful of social distancing and a very timely repair! Thank you for your wonderful job and quick service at a reasonable price! Also gave us some information on new systems but was not pushy just information!

We had our semiannual maintenance check today and cannot tell you enough how pleased we were with the amazing service provided by Brandon Copeland and his trainee Eddie.
He asked me if I needed anything else looked at today. He cleaned the core of the unit on the roof and showed me how dirty it was. It had never been cleaned in the past. He also drained my water heater and advised me that it should be done once a year. We have had the MVP service since the installation was done 4 years ago and no one had ever suggested to have these things done.
Brandon is exceptional! I think that every employee you train should be modeled after him. Thanks for going the extra mile!

We had our annual tuneup done today by Ben. He was very cautious and conscientious about not contaminating our premises by wearing his mask and gloves. He as well informed us about the new AirScrubber and we decided to have him install it. He was very cordial and respectful at all times and didn't try to push any thing on us.
He is a very nice young man and I was very happy with him!

Tyler was a great tech. He was here when he was scheduled. He called and sent a text in advance. He was very thorough and inspected more than anticipated. Thanks for your help. It equates to peace of mind going into summer, Thank You!

I'm so very pleased that I contacted Service Champions for a maintenance service for my heating and air-conditioning units. My service technician, Steve Mee, did an excellent evaluation of my system. He helped me with the replacement of the electronic air filter and cleaned the outside coils on my air-conditioning unit. And cleaned so many other items, that I am very impressed with the thorough work he did. I've never had anyone provide such detailed explanation of my unit, where it was in good shape and where repairs may be needed. I felt he understood my concerns and listened to what worked for me. Thank you!

They won't stop mailing me! I get a letter every week with ""Special Offers"". It isn't special if you send every damn week F***! I can only speculate to your crappy service by the amount of mailings you continue to send.I guess that you rely on new customers since you have no repeat customers.

Earlier today I ran into the gas station for my morning coffee, came back out and my car wouldn't start. I must have looked frustrated because the driver of a service champions van got our of his vehicle and asked if I needed some help. He pulled his van around and jumped my car battery and it started right up!
I asked him for a brochure and his name since I'll be needing my 1975(lol) air conditioner serviced soon. Thanks so much to Barry and his helper today.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and every time I have called SC.... They have gone above and beyond with their service. (Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous) I had a water heater go out a few yrs. ago and it was replaced that day without blinking a eye. They made a few call and had it setup and completed by the end of the day. Recently My Furnace started acting up (16yrs old) they came out in an hour and got it going. That being said, they were honest about my unit and its age and provided several options to get repaired. e.g.; Parts replacement, New Complete Unit, etc to included many finance options. I went with a complete new unit (Furnace/AC). They answered all my questions and explained every detail on the finances, warranties, etc... Great Company and would recommend them to anyone. TCH
