Kevin C. and his family have been meeting the heating and air conditioning needs of Northern California homeowners since 1972.
Kevin completed his studies at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 1994.
After graduation, he returned home to join his parents' air conditioning and heating business.
After running the business for 25 years, his parents sold it to a major corporation based in Dallas, TX.
After six years with that company, Kevin opted to leave the corporate sector and launch a family-owned, customer-focused business like his parents did in 1972.
Consequently, he started Service Champions in 2002.
Guided by these values, Kevin's company has grown to include more than 200 team members and has been in operation for 18 years.
Today, Service Champions caters to homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay), South Bay, and the Sacramento area.
He lives in Pleasanton, CA, with his wife and their three kids.

Joined the MVP membership two weeks ago. Thus far, they've done a furnace tube up; changed out the ceiling and furnace filter, and will return in later spring to inspect/service the AC unit. The techs are polite and personable. I'm looking forward to their continued service.
Our heater stopped working and on short notice Service Champions came out and properly assessed what needed to be repaired. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were all so hardworking and took care of our issue quickly giving us a warm Christmas home. Highly recommend their team!!

I had to have a final intake grill installed for my furnace, and Jay did a great job of advising on size then modifying the intake area to fit. While he was here, he I stalled my washable filter and AC cover, both newly purchased. And all done with a smile and friendly conversation. Fantastic service!
Ben fixed our heating vent so we would get better heat through out the house. He provided excellent service we really appreciated that he was so prompt and knowledgeable.
My name is Bill Martinez, I had heating and air conditioner service and bought the service agreement for a year from service champion. Since the time I purchased the service agreement I had new air ducts and insulation installed by service champion. Everything was going well until our air conditioner broke down. They came out and got it running.
A few weeks later we had more problems with it. We then purchased a new air conditioner and a new furnace. Im writing this review because I think I was mislead from the sales department on our agreement on the warranty and service contract. We were told that our new unit was covered for 10 years parts, labor and service agreement for 10 years. I since then found out that our service contract is only for 1 year and is now due. Im not sure what to say about this except we never received a contract from service chammpion. My issue is that I just spent $42,000 with service champion and they won't honor the service agreement for the next 10 years. It's an extra $2000 . I hope the next people that purchase anything from them get a contract in writing so they know exactly what they are buying. The last thing is also the way they closed the deal with me. The first quote was $7000 more. I wouldn't of went with them if I thought that the service agreement wasn't included. I do believe they made a generous profit off me.
Our furnace stopped working in early December. The repair tech assigned to our case was very knowledgeable and persistent in diagnosing the problem and performing the work. He was professional in his interaction with me and kept me informed throughout the repair. We have had a maintenance contract with Service Champions for approximately 15 years and I am happy to recommend them you!

Jay did a excellent job, replaced new compressor for our AC system, he took times to explained the situation and problems, and what he thinks about and how/ what's he going to do to gets the job done, he was very nice, and very professional with his job , I'm very happy with his services .

Kenny Jason was our technician. He did a great job explaining the work and what he found. Very professional and extremely clean. I also added on a bit of work and he took care of that all in the same visit. He went and got a product from their office and came back and installed them. He also explained the MVP program and how I can use it. All in all a very pleasant experience.
