Absolutely professional. Steve possesses a rare gift for the trade. He is honest , funny and down to earth. Someone who really knows what they're doing. Hard working with great service. Throughout this pandemic, he has found a way to stay on top of costumer service and top quality workmanship like few others. I used his services a couple of times. It was truly a breath of freshly air dealing with him and am very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a honest , hardworking, no BS kind of person and company.

Loved the fact that in the middle of a vicious heat wave on Saturday @4 pm - and in the middle of the Pandemic, I got a return phone call in 15 minutes. Steve Frazier said he'd come by first thing Sunday morning. We texted and he showed up at 8:30 am to plan the job. My main circuits kept popping when I tried to use the portable AC in the livingroom. I've spent 20 years trying to move things around, add extensions, separate the burden but it never has fully worked. I am 20 years older and the heat is now unbearable when it gets hot/humid and working from home. We looked at a plan going forward. (like I might move to minisplits when the portables poop out or I want a change). So I LOVED that we could creatively approach the solution to meet my future needs. I keep my electric up to code but over the years there were a few misc. things needing attention so I asked him to take care of those too. He came back on Monday and did the trick. I was so happy. And the misc. things this morning. A neighbor is an electrician for a city and he had given me a list of companies who were too big or too far away or inappropriate. I use Yelp quite a bit when I get stuck - since I have ""trust"" issues, I can read all the reviews and find a trustworthy service vendor. Yelp has NEVER let me down. (great review for Yelp too!) With enough reviews one can get a sense of authenticity, quality and service. I have purchased a lot of services over the years, and love it when I feel cared for, quality service has been performed and I can reciprocate by paying promptly (which they make easy). Oh and the bill? Well, I was very pleased.... I couldn't expect to pay any less. So I'm totally happy. Thank you Saxon and Steve. Stay safe and healthy.

Steve and John did an excellent job! They showed up right on time and got to work. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. My garage is now looking clean and up to code. They also installed a HDTV antenna in my attic which allowed me to ""cut the cord"". I highly recommend Saxon Electric and will use them again in the future.
