Steve was wonderful. He was able to schedule me in quickly and take care of us the very next day. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and presented options for us to keep in mind. We just purchased an older house so he was able to talk me through, in simple terms, how the electricity had been originally wired and what we could do to make it more efficient. Really pleased with Steve's service and will absolutely work with him again in the future as well as recommend him to my friends.

One of our GFI outlets went out in our guest house which caused an entire wall of outlets to not work. I tried a number of times to figure it out and kept hitting dead ends. I called Saxon Electric and Steve answered the phone at 6:30 at night. I told him the issue and he walked me through step by step over the phone how to fix it.

Loved the fact that in the middle of a vicious heat wave on Saturday @4 pm - and in the middle of the Pandemic, I got a return phone call in 15 minutes. Steve Frazier said he'd come by first thing Sunday morning. We texted and he showed up at 8:30 am to plan the job. My main circuits kept popping when I tried to use the portable AC in the livingroom. I've spent 20 years trying to move things around, add extensions, separate the burden but it never has fully worked. I am 20 years older and the heat is now unbearable when it gets hot/humid and working from home. We looked at a plan going forward. (like I might move to minisplits when the portables poop out or I want a change). So I LOVED that we could creatively approach the solution to meet my future needs. I keep my electric up to code but over the years there were a few misc. things needing attention so I asked him to take care of those too. He came back on Monday and did the trick. I was so happy. And the misc. things this morning. A neighbor is an electrician for a city and he had given me a list of companies who were too big or too far away or inappropriate. I use Yelp quite a bit when I get stuck - since I have ""trust"" issues, I can read all the reviews and find a trustworthy service vendor. Yelp has NEVER let me down. (great review for Yelp too!) With enough reviews one can get a sense of authenticity, quality and service. I have purchased a lot of services over the years, and love it when I feel cared for, quality service has been performed and I can reciprocate by paying promptly (which they make easy). Oh and the bill? Well, I was very pleased.... I couldn't expect to pay any less. So I'm totally happy. Thank you Saxon and Steve. Stay safe and healthy.

Steve and John did an excellent job! They showed up right on time and got to work. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. My garage is now looking clean and up to code. They also installed a HDTV antenna in my attic which allowed me to ""cut the cord"". I highly recommend Saxon Electric and will use them again in the future.

I Found Saxon Electric on Yelp. Steve came by my shop the same day I called for a problem we had. He trouble shot the issue and and saved me a lot of money.
