Norman is incredible. I had a job with a variety of tasks that needed to be done in a 2 week timeline so my renters could move-in. Norman got on the job immediately, was very pragmatic with my options given what I was thinking of doing with the rental long-term, and he met the timeline with time to spare while doing a high quality job. He's great about staying in touch and giving you feedback throughout the job. And more than anything, he's a great guy that's a professional and full of integrity. 5 stars isn't enough stars. Highly recommend Norman.

Norman was responsive, listened well to what I needed, answered all my questions, and gave me a clear, fair estimate for the work. Norman and his crew of Victor and Robert did everything from installing a kitchen faucet and fixing an electrical outlet, to repairing drywall and recaulking to prevent future leaks. Norman and company were prompt, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. They are the kind of people you like having in your home - friendly, honest, hard-working, and pleasant to work with. If anything else breaks, Norman is the guy I'll be calling.

Norman was really good about getting back to me when i called. I had a broken toilet water tank. It was a non emergency call so he came the next day and replaced the water tank with a new one. Norman and his crew at San Mateo Handyman did a great job handling a recent semi-urgent plumbing issue for us. They weren't phased dealing with our nearly eighty-year-old plumbing system, and were able to quickly and efficiently get our one-and-only shower running again. We called them because we hoped they would be able to be deal with the whole issue, including diagnosing and finding the leak, fixing the eighty-year-old pipes, and patching and repairing our lathe-and-plaster ceiling, and we weren't disappointed. We'll definitely keep them on our short list to call in the next semi-emergency (which likely will be sooner rather than later).
