We needed some electrical work. We chose Sam because of his excellent reviews on Yelp. His reputation is well deserved -- he did what he said he would do, right on schedule! He relocated ceiling lights in our kitchen, added more, removed one ceiling fan and installed a new one, and wired a ""smart"" dimmer for our patio lights. All dry wall cuts were patched and matched to perfection, too. He insisted that our satisfaction was all that mattered and we could not be more delighted!

I had Sam provide a quote for the build and installation of a Costco wooden shed. While the project proved to be far more complicated than Sam anticipated he never complained.
