Sam is a wonderful handyman. He has been working at our house off and on for various projects and his crew always does a great job. We've had painting, roof repair, drywall repair, lighting installed, dimmer switches installed...a lot and it's always been done well. Highly recommend this service.

We hired Sam I am Handyman Services before in our prior house and were really satisfied with the work he did. We contacted him again for paneling in the hallway, fireplace and upstairs landing and in addition for a barn door installation. He and his team did a fantastic job for the right price. The work was extensive but the team kept the discomfort to a minimum. I have attached picture - before and after of the downstairs hallway and the fireplace and upstairs landing, I would highly recommend him for this type of job as he does take the time to understand the job, quote right and make sure its finished.

I did not hire 'Sam I am Handyman Services'. He quoted me a price that was outrageously expensive. I do not know if that is his normal price of if he just did not want this job, but I am not going to hire someone for 3 times the going price.
