Great work...great team...the two Chris's, Michael and Luis. Knowledgeable and helpful...not just technically, but aesthetically. Clean and organized. Noticed right off that they set up a tool station, so tools aren't scattered about....and clean, covering things in rooms with plastic sheeting.

Our main panel was damaged by poor connection with PG&E meter. Within 2 days SY got us city permit, fixed the panel and worked with PG&E to get the service restored; beyond that, they provided documentation to support the claim for PG&E to cover the cost of the repair (which they did). They are not only knowledgable and very professional but also have been working in the area for decades which gives them knowledge on how to navigate the system.

We've also called them for small jobs that most companies shrug upon and SY has been just as diligent and professional, it doesn't matter how big the bill is going to be they show up and do excellent work every time.
