I ordered the floodlight ring cams and it was pretty hard to find someone to come out to hardwire them. I called around to a lot of ""5 star"" businesses on here and was either dismissed abruptly or never received a call back. I stumbled upon RzN and am so glad I did! Not only did he answer the phone right away but scheduled an appointment right away in one simple phone call. He showed up right on time and finished the job in a great pace and was very polite. Strongly recommend RzN electric for electric installations. I have already recommended him to other people. Thanks again for the security cam installation, things are working great! Well deserved 5-star.

I found Rickey on Yelp and he was the only electrician who got back to me within the same day that I made an inquiry about helping my mom with a lighting fixture in the kitchen. He called me and said he was onsite but would swing by and have us be his last job of the day.

Not long after he showed up and was very patient as we explained the situation: my mom had installed a new lighting fixture after she thought the old one wasn't working anymore. She had my uncle do the job and when he couldn't get the new one to work, realized we should bring in an pro.

Rickey got right to work. He installed the new light fixture, only to have my mom not like the light once he got it to work. The old light fixture had a warmer hue, while the new one was super bright white and it hurt her eyes--she had purchased the wrong one. When my mom asked Rickey if he could uninstall the new one and replace it with the old one to see if it actually wasn't working, I wanted to scream but Rickey was so patient and understanding...he didn't complain or anything. He said it would be no problem and quickly switched out the new fixture for the old one.

Not only did it work, it turned out to be a ""user error"" situation, with a secondary light switch on the other side of the room that wasn't fully clicked into place, which made the other light switch not work. I was mortified that he had done all that work but he charged a very fair price and didn't make one single complaint the entire time. We were all super impressed with his professionalism.

Our experience with him was so great that I have him coming to my house in a week or so to remedy several outlets that have shorted out. I already have confidence he'll be able to get the job done properly and efficiently.

We aren't ever going to use anyone else!

I've used him twice at two different homes and he exceeded expectations both times. First time to solve a mysterious outlet short and second time to install a new 20 amp outlet. He did a good clean job for a fair price. He was also able to help find a simpler solution then was proposed by another electrician that would have cost a lot more. He was courteous, sending a message when he was on his way and finished the job on time. During this pandemic he made sure to always wear a mask. As a property manager I've worked with a lot of vendors, some good, some bad, and I'm glad I can call Rickey in the future.

The lights in our Livingroom stopped working, Rickey had previously performed work for us and so I called him up to take a look. After some detailed troubleshooting he found the issue and fixed it. His rate was very reasonable for the work performed and he came at very short notice.
