Total professionals. Not only did they respond and come out quickly. Other quotes I got were higher and involved putting holes in the walls...that I'd later have to
patch:( With no discussion of alternative methods even being available.

They found a way to do the installation without me having to patch walls without me asking for other options. They made a point to discuss all options and find a way to do the job the best way possible right off the bat.

Even though the job was not as expected and took a little more figuring out, the cost didn't go up. There was no sales pressure. They left the area the way the found it and had convenient payment methods. Friendly, professional, and made extra effort to do the job right.

Needed to get a ring floodlight camera installed and asked several different electricans. Most of them required on site inspection before revealing the price. Rickey was able to give a quote immediately and it was actually the lowest between the estimates other electricians were offering. He even offered price matching if other electricians offered a lower price. He came out to inspect the site and said he could get it done in two hours the next morning. The next morning he arrived and got it done in exactly two hours. Everything works great. He even followed up with me to make sure everything worked well. Very easy to talk to. Very highly recommend.

Truly satisfied with quality of work, affordability and professionalism. Hired Rickey for some electrical problems that I was having in my home. He quickly diagnosed and went above to and beyond to explain what was potentially causing the issue. Additionally, I had him quote me on the placement of a light in a little office nook. Needless to say the quote was very reasonable so I hired him to do the install. He was very flexible with the install time and showed up promptly to accomplish the install. I was having issues with the dryer staying on for the whole cycle, it kept dropping my breaker and finally when it stayed on it wasn't heating. I called someone to fix my dryer only to find out it wasn't the problem at all but it was an issue with my electrical panel.

I requested a quote on yelp from several local electricians and Rickey was the first to respond saying he was available that same day and could stop by and take a look. I know I have an old panel box that's been there since the house was built and knew it was going to get pricey. Rickey came out to take a look, spent a while going through it and he confirmed that it would need to be replace but that I could still squeeze some life out of it, talk about honesty! He let me know that my box had an extra breaker and he connected it but the dryer still wasn't heating. He then went through the house and found the wire to the dryer also had damage on it. I wasn't charged for the quote or the time he spent initially trying to fix it with the extra breaker. He came back today to fix it! My dryer is heating, he connected the new cable, changed the outlet and saved me thousands on a panel upgrade! Will definitely give him a call when we upgrade and if we have any future issues.
