I had a lighting problem but Russ wanted me to do some basic trouble shooting because he didn't want to charge me a service call if it wasn't necessary.

He talked me through the issue over the phone and i solved the problem.

I couldn't recommend Russ and Todd higher. They came in and did a difficult job (3 exterior walls for speaker wire) on christmas eve. Hard to ask for any better service and nicer folks.

Thank god for RUSS!

I was having terrible issues with my TV remote- it is an advanced remote that was fried during a power outage and I could not get it to work. I bought a replacement and had the Geek Squad come out to install. What a disaster! They left things in worse shape than before, and the TV still did not work

Russ came to the rescue, simplified my overly complex system, and had things up and running again. It was hard to find someone to fix this system I have, but so happy to find Russ

He shows up on time, knows what he is doing, and takes great care to deliver what on his promises. THANK YOU RUSS

We had a relatively small job to move one light and Russ was able to do this quickly and efficiently even though we ran into issues with the wiring. We were on a tight timetable and Russ was even able to get a drywall contractor in that same afternoon to patch the holes. He followed up with us the next day to make sure everything went well I would definitely use Russ again and would highly recommend him to anyone!

What more can I say? Russ Galloway revived the whole electric network in our house. We bought this house as a short sale, and the electrical system had suffered from decades of neglect and mishandling. Russ, along with his colleagues Doug and Todd, completely rewired our main breaker panel, upgraded every outlet in the house to ground-fault, installed a new outdoor spotlight, set up a whole new electrical alignment for our garage, and even got our garage-door-opener up and running. The work was meticulous to the point of obsessive. But we feel safe, and everything works.

The only regret is that they did such a great job, we probably won't ever need to call them again. Maybe we should install a home theater just to get them back!

We met Russ several years ago on the recommendation of our contractor. Doing electrical on a remodel is NEVER something one likes to leave to chance, so hiring the right person was crucial. Several years and several projects later, I can honestly say that I have never had a more positive electrical contractor experience than working with Russ Galloway. Every single project comes in under budget, and equally important, on time! There have been several emergency situations where I kind of feel like Russ saved my life, and I mean that both figuratively (no power = no television for the kids) and literally (faulty, old wiring = electrical fire waiting to happen). There are a lot of things to skimp on when putting a remodeling budget together, but electrical work should NEVER be one of them. Six stars.

On the day after Christmas, I had our main kitchen lights go out. It was not a tripped breaker, and I couldn't solve it on my own. Most electricians I called did not answer their phones, but Russ did and was able to come over the next day. It turned out that a plug I added to the light switch circuit shorted out, and the exposed wires had melted through the tape, nearly causing a fire. I found Russ to be kind, competent, affordable, and easy to work with. I will call him again time the next I am tempted to undertake some electrical work on my own!

He does huge jobs and simple work and he and his team can always be counted on.
