If your experience with electrical contractors has been anything like mine, you've found it likely that you'll be flaked on. Russ Galloway is the exception to that rule. He is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive.

Russ is my go-to guy for jobs, big or small.

When I recently had a bad breaker at my house, Russ gave me a spare so I wouldn't have to buy a new one at Home Depot. He even offered to come install it, during the evening, on a weekend if I had any trouble. He was genuinely concerned that my kids' milk would go bad if I had to wait until a weekday!

He is not just a great electrician, but an all around awesome human being.

He finished a wiring job for me below his initial estimate. Besides what I asked him to do, he also fixed other pre-existing bad wiring without additional changes.

I couldn't recommend Russ and Todd higher. They came in and did a difficult job (3 exterior walls for speaker wire) on christmas eve. Hard to ask for any better service and nicer folks.

Thank god for RUSS!

I was having terrible issues with my TV remote- it is an advanced remote that was fried during a power outage and I could not get it to work. I bought a replacement and had the Geek Squad come out to install. What a disaster! They left things in worse shape than before, and the TV still did not work

Russ came to the rescue, simplified my overly complex system, and had things up and running again. It was hard to find someone to fix this system I have, but so happy to find Russ

We had a relatively small job to move one light and Russ was able to do this quickly and efficiently even though we ran into issues with the wiring. We were on a tight timetable and Russ was even able to get a drywall contractor in that same afternoon to patch the holes. He followed up with us the next day to make sure everything went well I would definitely use Russ again and would highly recommend him to anyone!

What more can I say? Russ Galloway revived the whole electric network in our house. We bought this house as a short sale, and the electrical system had suffered from decades of neglect and mishandling. Russ, along with his colleagues Doug and Todd, completely rewired our main breaker panel, upgraded every outlet in the house to ground-fault, installed a new outdoor spotlight, set up a whole new electrical alignment for our garage, and even got our garage-door-opener up and running. The work was meticulous to the point of obsessive. But we feel safe, and everything works.

The only regret is that they did such a great job, we probably won't ever need to call them again. Maybe we should install a home theater just to get them back!
