Growing up in Texas, Matt discovered his love for building at a young age. Though he initially believed his path would lead him elsewhere, Matt ultimately returned to his first love: construction. Matt started as a handyman, equipped with a tool belt, crafting cabinets and laying flooring. Over the years, he progressed to kitchen and bathroom renovations, eventually tackling additions and custom homes.

Those initial years gave him the skills he now passes on to his clients. With the encouragement of his supportive wife, whose love has been vital to RSFM's success, Matt took a bold step and founded RSFM Inc.
