Raised in Texas, Matt found his passion for construction early in life. Though he initially believed his path would lead him elsewhere, Matt ultimately returned to his first love: construction. Matt kicked off his journey as a handyman, with a tool belt, creating cabinets and putting down flooring. As time went on, he took on kitchen and bathroom remodels, which led to additions and custom homes.

Those formative years equipped him with the expertise he now shares with his clients. With the encouragement of his supportive wife, whose love has been vital to RSFM's success, Matt took a bold step and founded RSFM Inc.
