Raised in Texas, Matt found his passion for construction early in life. Though he initially believed his path would lead him elsewhere, Matt ultimately returned to his first love: construction. He began his career as a handyman, armed with a tool belt, building cabinets and installing floors. As he gained experience, he moved into kitchen and bathroom remodels, which opened the door to additions and custom homes.

Those early experiences provided him with the knowledge he now imparts to his clients. With the encouragement of his supportive wife, whose love has been vital to RSFM's success, Matt took a bold step and founded RSFM Inc.
