5 stars, great experience. I called with a few complex issues I wanted them to look at in my home. I was only home from work for one day and they made adjustments to their schedule to get a tech out to my home that afternoon. I was always kept informed on the status of my appointment until the technician arrived. I even received a text to let me know the technician was on his way.
Hector is a great technician. He was professional through and through, had no trouble working around my young kids, and took extra time to explain multiple repair options with me.
Hector fixed a few issues from work that had been done in past years by cheap contractors who cut corners. It's clear that those previous contractors may have charged less, but they didn't do a safe or complete job. With RR Electric, I paid a fair price for complete, safe and honest work.
I'm happy I called RR Electric and I'll call RR Electric again.

I don't usually write reviews unless I'm mad, but I was so shocked to see some of these reviews were from people who had negative responses. I guess you can't make everyone happy all the time. I was definitely happy!!

As a woman, I am always dreading having to call someone out to the house. I don't want to be cheated, overcharged, or confronted with a creepy guy. I originally called because I thought my air conditioner wasn't efficient enough. The estimate was a little higher that other business, but they were so professional on the phone that it was an easy choice. I have always felt that you get what you pay for, and I'm always wanting quality so that I don't have to keep fixing something that should have been done right the first time! I was greeted at the door by one of the techs. He was incredibly polite, well-dressed and very clean. He asked me a couple of questions. Asked if he could enter my home and listened to me like what I said mattered. What?!

He assessed my home, and he found out that the main issue with my air conditioner was that my duct was clogged and needed cleaning. I didn't know that was something that needed doing, but he showed me before and after pics that he took right in front of me! He told me that my system was in good working order. He gave me options and potential things to look out for in the future. He left my house spotless and even wore shoe covers.

I am SOOOOO impressed with this company! I wish they fixed cars!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone young, old, woman or man who needs any work done on their home for electric, heating and air. What an incredible find!

We called RR to come out and estimate replacing our 2 water heaters - 12k. Some of the best water residential water heaters are !.5k, so let's pretend its 2k to be generous. Misc parts, lets pretend its 1k. Where's the rest going? 7k in labor, for a day of work, at most? Easily the most insulting quote I've ever received by any contractor for any project. Expect to be treated like you are clueless and have no idea what anything costs.

Add insult to injury, $70 ""service fee"" to provide their beyond-absurd quote. Every contractor I've spoken to since talking to these guys has mocked and laughed at the absurdity of their proposal. I'm all about paying a premium for quality work and professionalism, so it's never been about the lowest bidder. But please, 12k for (2) 50 gallon water heaters and associated parts. There's no rational path where that could be remotely sensible. They took me for a fool, I sent them away; don't even bother ever calling them to save yourself the headache.

I have been using this company for a few years. I really like their customer service and their work product. My technician Brody always presents with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Ryan Rogero was able to get to my house within an hour of my call. i am pregnant with a one year old son at home, we got home from vacation to our house being 92 degress and Ryan came over after the sun came down even, after his last appt for the day, and had my AC up and running within 30 minutes! talk about a life saver! he was also very professional, very patient with my two little dogs and son that are all very curious. He also explained everything to us in detail and left us with a few different options for the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Not only that they quote me 1560.00 for a job that another electrician quote me 595.00 and the third quote was 350.00 , they try to up sale me other packages.
Felt like I was in a car dealership .
That's not the way to conduct business.

Very nice receptionist but she did an entire intake on me including spelling my name, address, phone number, email to finally tell me there's a charge for them to just come out and tell you how much they're going to charge you. That charge would be $69.99 which they're happy to put towards whatever you have them do but if you don't have them do anything that is what you are charged. Do I really have to go through an entire intake to find out I don't even want to work with this company? Very inefficient

Thank you RR EH&A and big thank you to Brody for coming out to my house just now to diagnose my AC issue. I called my usual company of 7 years and they scheduled me for Monday. I can't wait two day with the house not cooling off and having kids and pets. I looks on Yelp and called around and finally someone answered at RR EH&A. I asked if they could come out today and they did within a half hour. Great customer service through and through. Local family business who prides themselves on selling American made. Brody explained everything and made a new loyal customer out of me. I will be having all of my future maintenance services done by them. Thank you for your professionalism!!

Brody came to my home and conducted a through assessment of my heating and air system(which I purchased from RR Electric Heating & Air in 2013). He was a delight and took pictures so I could see what he tested and looked at in the system. ( unfortunately I have a back problem which prevented me to see first hand). He is very knowledgeable about the product and services that could help extend the life of the unit.

I highly recommend him and RR Electric! They go the extra mile to make sure customers are knowledgeable and satisfied.

We used RR to replace our entire HVAC system after our 30 year old system stopped working. We talked to a few different companies, and their pricing was very consistent with other quotes, but we liked that they weren't trying to up sell us on a system we didn't need for our house. They also had next day availability which was what we needed after not having AC for a week! We purchased their preferred customer service plan which ended up saving up money in the end. We would definitely recommend RR to anyone looking for HVAC services!
