RR responded and I made an appointment. They showed up on time. Made a offer, after talking him down I excepted. Work was done same day with in 1 hour. Hector was very nice and polite. I am glad I didn't use the other company would had to wait about a week to install.

After getting a quote from RR for some maintenance, we had a second opinion from another reputable A/C company. During the assessment they found deficiencies with RR's install of the A/C unit 5 years ago. I contacted RR and spoke to Jennifer who has been great with dealing with the findings. Today Ricky from RR came out to inspect. After his inspection he immediately advised me that he will be rectifying the issue and went to work. I was frustrated when this started but I feel RR stepped up and took care of business. It is greatly appreciated that there is still integrity in the service industry.

My review is based on my experience during my repair. I have a disconnected heater (former plumber cut the line and closed it off). I needed this reconnected before we sold our house. I made a call on Thursday, they came out Friday morning at 8:30am and fixed by 10am. Steven is very professional, got straight to work and offered a coupon to help me with the large payment. I had the electricity go out of one of my units. As soon as I submitted online for a quote, Carmen called me within a few minutes. She was super detailed and walked me through every step. She called the next day when she said she would and got someone over by the afternoon. She called to tell me they were on their way and was very nice.

Jose was perfect and really informative. He took the time to explain everything to me. Gave me 3 options and took care of the problem on the spot. They were professional, took care to wear booties, cleaned up every single speck and were very pleasant.

I would definitely recommend this company. You can tell that this company has integrity.

Jose Guzman and his assistant with R&R just left our home after removing and old chandelier and replacing it with a new one, and removing an old ceiling fan and replacing it with a chandelier ... both in our home with 18' ceilings! This was not an easy job, as the new fixtures are wrought iron and very heavy and one of the installations was over our staircase, but they made it seem easy and did an absolutely impeccable job. When Jose arrived, he gave me a lot of info to consider before moving ahead with the project, so there would be no surprises. He then worked swiftly but safely. A complete cleanup was performed and then the final invoice was carefully explained. I would not and will not hesitate to hire R&R again for any electrical or HVAC needs we have, and I'll be referring them to the neighbors as well. Very happy!

Had Hector and Richardo install a tankless water heater. They did a great job. I highly recommend his work. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and really important to me, keeps a clean work space and leaves the area in tip top shape after finishing. This company has great customer service and courteous technicians (especially Jose) in our home. It is always a pleasure to have them over, as well as talking about my issues over the phone. These guys are definitely the ones that if you need something - they will show up! We ended up upgrading our panel to 200amps, and everything went fairly well but since I was from the SGV area and recently moved to Ventura County, prices for the panel upgrade was twice as much. Their quotes are higher but they do have good service and you can definitely reach them all the time. Thanks RR!
