Kimberly and I met while working at an electrical company in 1992. Shortly after, we married, bought a home, started a family, and if that wasn’t enough, we launched ""RR Electric"" in 1995. As time passed, our family expanded, our home grew, and so did our business. In fact, in 2006, we added ""Heating & Air Conditioning"" services, and the rest is history. Thank you for considering our company; we pledge to provide the best customer experience possible, or we will rectify any issues.
Warm regards,
Richard & Kimberly Rogero

Brody j. From RR ELEC/ heating Came to my home and was very polite and professional. He represented what's considered to be a lost form of home services and professionalism. You know when people talk about the good ole days, like in the movies, a person drives up to a gas station and like 3dudes jog over to the car each doing their own task. That's what this guy brought to my home. It was refreshing. Super cool. Then I just about lost it
When he put on his hospital booties before he walked in my home! Ka-boom! My head exploded.
Daaaaaamn. Brought his A game. Did it like nothin too, Just him, doing his job. I was sold. He then did his technical checks thing. He came back explained everything to me gave me options wasn't in a rush. I would highly recommend this company Just because of brody. I don't write many reviews
Because my time is money. But people like brody deserve and earn my time.

I am feeling harassed by this company, again. I had them out here for a quick electrical fix back in February of 2018. After dealing with unfriendly people at their call center and a much later arrival than expected, they replaced one breaker and tried to charge me several hundred dollars for it. When I balked, the tech said that he could remove the fee he had added in for a service plan, which we had never discussed. He also wanted me to sign up for a whole new panel for over $5k. An amazing, referred electrician came in at $3k, which confirmed my suspicion that this place is all about how much money they can squeeze out of you. Of course they are in business to make money, but these aggressive tactics just made me not want to work with them again. So then the calls began. I could see one call to review my satisfaction with the visit, but then after 2 more calls over the next month or so basically just checking in, I began to lose my patience. I called them for a job, they did it, I paid them in full on the spot, so we're done, right? I'll call you if I want to use your services again. I asked the third caller to have the company lose my number and stop contacting me completely. I got a few flyers here and there in the mail but then yesterday, I got not just an email from them but another call, and the voicemail was from someone wanting to discuss my ""account"" with RR. My account?! WTH is this scam? I never asked to have any sort of account at RR and do not want one. The caller didn't even leave her name. RR, could you just forget that you were ever here? I paid you in full for the work you did and have asked you to leave me alone. Stop contacting me - not by mail, not by email, not by phone. Just, please stop.

Thank you RR for coming out so quickly. The technician that came out really knew what he was doing and the the price ended up being less than originally quoted!

Thank you for the same day service! Called RR Electric and Hector was able to install my bathroom light fixture quickly. I normally would replace it myself but it was hooked up to the exhaust fan and looked too complicated. Will be using their service in the future.

What a great experience. It started with a RFQ from Yelp. From there the dispatch center called and set up an appointment for the next day. Day of they called in the morning to verify I still needed service and to confirm the time. Before the service men got here, I got a call from the dispatcher and a text from the actual service men with their names and pictures. Richard and Brody arrived on time, were clean and professional and got the job done quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend RR Electric Heating & Air!

I didn't hire them because I didn't like their sales tactics and their bid was $5000 hire than Bayless Electric.

Called RR Electric for a circuit breaker issue and ended up using them to fix my heater. Jose was awesome. It took only two days to complete the job. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to charge $1364 to replace a Thermocouple on a GE water heater. Profiteering anti community company. Spend your money where it's valued, not here, they WILL heartlessly rip you off. Good work, professional service, but far to expensive for the common folk.
I was able to get the Thermocouple myself from Reem for FREE, and can hire a licensed handyman, or another company to install and warrantee their work for 169$.
Don't use this company.

They are more interested in up selling than fixing the problem you hired them for. 3 stars are because the 2 guys that came to the house were very nice, professional & ultimately got our thermostat fixed. We had no heat, I was very sick and my dogs & I were literally shivering but before they fixed the heat they spent 45 minutes writing up an estimate for replacing the heating system & circuit breaker. Neither one of them needs to be replaced (based on a second opinion).

I made an appointment for a furnace repair. The first thing they did was try to charge me $249 for a service visit for a new years day service call . I should have taken this as a hint of what was to follow. I told them no way I would pay this outrageous service fee so I booked for the next day at $69. I gave them all the info and let them know I was the landlord and they would be dealing with the tenants. They said ok, they would be there in the morning. Then, in the morning they called me and told me I had to be at the location between 8-10am. Since I already had told them I was out of town and they would be dealing with the tenants I was shocked.
Landlords beware...
