Long story short, their thorough inspection saved me from buying a mistake.

I wish I could give this business more stars! In the summer of 2014 in the midst of a heat waive our a/c decided to die. Not only it was 110 degrees, but my husband and I were headed out of town, and my elderly parents were supposed to stay in the house with the dogs. There was no way to leave them in the oven that my house became! Any a/c company we called tried to make an appointment weeks later. Finally, we got a hold of RR Electric! Two hours later we had his crew installing a new a/c unit! This would be enough for a raving review, but there is more! Last week I was sick, fever and all, running the heater day and night. Suddenly, it stopped working. Shivering, I called RR. Within an hour two most professional guys in crispy white shirts were at my door. They fixed the heater and charged me nothing! Apparently, they have two year warranty after they install a new unit! I don't think anybody can top this level of service!

Scam Artists! Can't believe these people have any good reviews. Or maybe it's because it's so hot out right now and these AC repair people think they can overcharge and if you don't go with them, so what, they are swamped anyway. But even if it's hot and they are busy they should be honest. This guy quoted me $2500 to replace TSX valve on my HVAC unit. This seemed pretty high to me so got a second opinion. Second company did the work for $779.50. I don't see how they can have such different pricing. I think RR guy wasn't quite sure what the problem was, after all, he never even opened up the unit to determine if the valve was indeed bad. He gave me some bogus story about why he thought it was bad which turned out to be wrong. I think he quoted me $2500 just to cover all his bases. But if you are going to come out and charge $70 to diagnose a problem, you better open up the unit and at least look inside! I think this guy was a salesman, not a technician. When he pulled the used car salesman routine on me and tried to get me to sign up to have the work done right then and there, it sent up a red flag. Just be honest and do a good job! Why try and screw people over for a few extra bucks? Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!

Watch out for these guys. They did okay work. I guess. But, they will try to up charge you, over charge or charge you for doing something that is not needed or helpful. Charged me 850.00 for a simple cleaning which is why they said the unit was not blowing cold air. No improvement in function after their 850.00 dollars for a 4 hour cleaning service. Wasted my money and time!
