I'm writing this on the final day of robert's work in our kitchen and living room. We had our ugly light box removed from the kitchen and replaced with recessed lights. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant and positive experience I've ever had with a contractor. The results are fantastic and made such a difference in our kitchen and living room. Robert and his son have this down to a science. they are prompt and courteous. They arrived exactly on time, got right to work and left my house exactly as they found it. I would recommend them again and again and I'm so happy we found them. Thank you!

This is the second lighting project Robert and Co. has done for me. If I could give them six stars, I would. The great thing about them is they do everything, as far as removing old light fixtures and replacing them with recessed ceiling lighting. They design, install, fix ceilings, and paint; all in one service. You don't have to go out and get an electrical contractor; then a paint/drywall contractor, etc.

I have a third house that needs new lighting and they will be my choice again. Thanks, Robert and Lennon for the great job you did at my house.

Robert and his son Lennon came in on Monday, took out the ugly light box we've lived with in our kitchen for the past 16 years. Finally the ballist went out and we HAD to do something. So now we have great lighting in the kitchen, and under cabinet lighting with LED lights. And they did everything so beautifully and cleanly in 2 partial days!!!! They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has awful lighting in their kitchen. Great work guys!!!!

Robert gave me some free advice. I needed a 3 prong electrical receptacle for my new dishwasher. I did have one under my sink's cabinet for my garbage disposal but the voltage was only on when I turned my disposal on. I thought I needed another separate receptacle for my new dishwasher. Robert advised me that since I already had a receptacle half of it was probably wired to be (off and on) and the other constantly on and to try switching the
garbage disposal plug and I should be ""good to go"". He was absolutely right :)

Did not Honor a Handshake agreement with the Owner.
When we were sent the "" written "" Contract , it was different
than what the owner "" Robert "" promised onsite. ( with wife and myself )
Office manger ( Lennon ) the Owners son, was indignant and rude.
Have the emails to prove it . Just make sure u get EVERY detail in
writing with them before you go with them ...

I've had Robert and his crew do several jobs at my house and have always been extremely pleased. Robert is responsive, reasonable (price-wise) and extremely competent. I trust him completely and even feel comfortable leaving my dog at home while he's here and I am not. Robert has installed track lighting in my livingroom cathedral ceiling, outside lights on timers and LEDs around a patio and new recessed LEDs in my kitchen. All great jobs and quality work.

Robert Hudson can do it all. He changed the way my entire home is lit by installing can lights and wall switches throughout my entire home. For some reason, in 1973 builders thought pole lamps were an acceptable alternative. Well, they aren't. In addition he and his team added quiet bathroom fans and wired smoke detectors to make my home quieter and safer.

Hudson electric is one of the rare contractors that can excel in both residential and commercial projects. When I opened a new store, he brought in a new service, ran large conduit, did trenching, provided new circuits and did almost a full rewire of an old building. His pricing was good but more importantly his service and quality of work was excellent.

We had Hudson install six lights last fall. One of the lights is defective and he has been unresponsive in exchanging it. The lights have a three year warranty. The defective light blinks on and off after it has been on a couple of minutes. Also, he installed a fan over our island and the installer did a poor job and damaged the fan and Hudson has not made it right. He tried, but did not follow through. It's been over a year now and we are still not satisfied. I would recommend you find someone else.
