We highly recommend Robert Hudson Electric for electrical jobs around the house. They did a perfect job 4 years ago replacing the long florescent lights in our kitchen ceiling with modern canned lighting. Robert explained the options for color, size, and placement of lights very clearly, and suggested under counter lights that we especially like. They performed the actual work efficiently and as neatly as possible. Since then Robert and Lennon have come over 2 more times to perform other electrical work, such as installing ceiling lights in the garage, changing our original old switches, outlets, and trim plates to bright new white ones to match the trim we've painted in all our rooms, and install updated ceiling fixtures. Whatever our electrical needs, we will only call them for service. Also, they are very nice, professional people.

Robert Hudson Electric is fantastic! I hired Robert and Lennon to replace my 25 year old fluorescent light box with recessed lights. What is great about them is that it is ""one stop"" shopping. They remove and install the lights and then do the drywall, texturing and painting. You don't need to hire three separate people. And....the first step (removal, replacement and drywall) was done with 4 hours. The next day is paint. They also cover everything so the process does not make your house a mess. So just like that I had new lights! Plus, they are great to work with. Prompt and friendly. HIGHLY recommend them!

When I moved into my new house in Rancho Murieta, the kitchen had a ceiling lighting box with florescent bulbs and looked very dated. Replacing the kitchen ceiling lights was one of the first things to be replaced on my bucket list. My prior home was in East Sacramento, and it also had florescent ceiling lights which were replaced by Lennon and Robert. I was extremely pleased by the job they did in the prior house and knew they would do a good job in the new house.
After talking to Robert and developing a plan, Lennon and Robert went to work and replaced our kitchen ceiling lights. They created a whole new environment and the new lighting actually made the room look larger. We are go pleased with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone thinking of putting in new kitchen ceiling lights or any ceiling lights.

Robert and Lennon did a good job on the installation of the new lighting, both on the ceiling and under the cabinets. They were very professional and kept my house pretty clean. They did not do a very good job of matching the new paint on the ceiling, even though they took a piece of the ceiling with them when they bought the paint. Now I have to have the entire ceiling repainted.

So Robert and Lennon finished the job and were the best to work with. Very professional, on time, could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them!!

I'm writing this on the final day of robert's work in our kitchen and living room. We had our ugly light box removed from the kitchen and replaced with recessed lights. I have to say that this has been the most pleasant and positive experience I've ever had with a contractor. The results are fantastic and made such a difference in our kitchen and living room. Robert and his son have this down to a science. they are prompt and courteous. They arrived exactly on time, got right to work and left my house exactly as they found it. I would recommend them again and again and I'm so happy we found them. Thank you!

This is the second lighting project Robert and Co. has done for me. If I could give them six stars, I would. The great thing about them is they do everything, as far as removing old light fixtures and replacing them with recessed ceiling lighting. They design, install, fix ceilings, and paint; all in one service. You don't have to go out and get an electrical contractor; then a paint/drywall contractor, etc.
I have a third house that needs new lighting and they will be my choice again. Thanks, Robert and Lennon for the great job you did at my house.

Robert & Lennon were very professional, friendly and got the job done as and when promised. I would certainly have these guys do any other electrical work around my house.

Robert and his son Lennon came in on Monday, took out the ugly light box we've lived with in our kitchen for the past 16 years. Finally the ballist went out and we HAD to do something. So now we have great lighting in the kitchen, and under cabinet lighting with LED lights. And they did everything so beautifully and cleanly in 2 partial days!!!! They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has awful lighting in their kitchen. Great work guys!!!!

Robert gave me some free advice. I needed a 3 prong electrical receptacle for my new dishwasher. I did have one under my sink's cabinet for my garbage disposal but the voltage was only on when I turned my disposal on. I thought I needed another separate receptacle for my new dishwasher. Robert advised me that since I already had a receptacle half of it was probably wired to be (off and on) and the other constantly on and to try switching the
garbage disposal plug and I should be ""good to go"". He was absolutely right :)
